DH1988 1,348 Posted November 8, 2012 Share Posted November 8, 2012 Too much hate for Bertrand here guys like I said in another thread everyone wants the 16-20 year old superstar but let's not forget that Ashley cole was AVERAGE at defending before he came to us, he was brilliant going forward but he wasn't exactly young either, patience chaps!!! Hazard helped as much as he could without sacrificing offensively I thought he had a good balance. The real issue for me was Luiz he just showed no desire toget back into position when he got pulled out, not sure what's happening with him lately, someone has to have a word, geezer. Apart from big European nights and games against United, Everton and since the Rafa/Mourinho days Chelsea, the atmosphere at Anfield is crap as soon as the YNWA entrance song has finished. And Oscar attempts a few runs every game, but rarely does he receive the ball back.I think its because they know mata more, but if we are to unlock our full potential, then they all have to get better teamwork. Made the goals so much better though. For 80% of that game we were shit. Our best football was the 5 mins before half time.When we had the ball we were so static it was pointless us even having possession. It was a lucky 3 points.I haven't seen the replays, could someone confirm if the ref got the penalty shout and mikels disallowed goal right please.Couldn't tell with the goal, but ramires was fouled right infront of me and couldn't see how it wasn't a foul.We were a nervy crowd tonight, but what a noise when Moses scored. Lost my voice! Was even better because of how poor we were, I scratched my program up so much out of frustration.
