Would it have been revenge?

  1. 1. In your eyes would the Nou Camp triumph still been revenge for 2009 had we lost in Munich?

    • Yes, beating them alone was more than enough
    • No, we had to do what they did in 2009 and win the final

We got revenge, because we beat them in a Champions League semi-final, just like they beat us 3 years ago. It wouldn't have been revenge if we beat them in a friendly game or in a game of less importance, for example, like some Liverpool fans who considered the 4-1 victory against us in the league as a revenge for the FA Cup final. We won the cup, they finished 8th, so it's hilarious to consider that revenge.

But for me, this was definitely revenge. Probably if we lost in Munich it wouldn't have been a complete one, but we got revenge, nevertheless.

And call me crazy, but, after the semi final in 2009 I wasn't as annoyed as the vast majority of Chelsea fans. The defeat was heartbreaking, and Ovrebo made my blood boil, but imagine if we lost two Champions League finals in two years, against the same opponent? That would've been a thousand times more heartbreaking than conceding that last minute Iniesta goal.
