we need more signings like this we are almost definatly getting ross turnbull and we are being linked with another middlesborough player adam johnson who was mint in the england u21's.

but we still need to give chances to the young players we already have like mannciene, stoch, di santo etc...

Having more options in terms of young English players certainly can't hurt the club; and it will offer competition for the other youngsters as well to earn spots in the squad.
