Eden Hazard

His passing was out of the World in that first half. Could've easily had 4 assists on another day. I'm starting to worry about his dribbling ability though. Is he playing within himself coming back from injury or is he afraid of contact now? Last season seems to have killed him physically.

His reluctance to shoot is starting to become VERY annoying.

Time for us to accept we're the only ones who care about his goal record.

Is it just me or did he actualy lost A LOT of pace?

No he did not lose pace..

He was playing in second gear against norwich...if a full back covers him he is just opting for a back pass

i think he is evolving into more of a playmaker..like iniesta..his passing has been improved..

he just does not dribble as much as before..i think that is mainly due to lack of fitness and injuries..

Once he is in top physical shape he will be back..imo he is close to getting there!

He could be a great playmaker if he keeps up with impressive passing. Maybe he is the new CAM and Kenedy our left winger ;)

There was a through pass to Hazard resulting Eden and another Norwich defender (cant remember who) ran after the ball and Hazard looked quite slow despite sprinting, leading to Norwich defender reaching the ball first. I know Eden of last season would definately reach that ball quicker.

Maybe he didnt run full speed, but if he did he would be one on one with GK...

He definately looks less agile and turns around slower than last year. and IMO that is reason for his worse dribbling. His mentality and fitness are nowhere near top.

But Im sure he will come back though.

It's not an excuse for what he said about psg but a belgian journalist who knows eden very well said, on Telefoot Sunday (big show about football in France) that he was a psg fan since he was a kid.

It dosen't mean, he dreams to play there but for sure he has affection for this club. So it's not about upgrade or downgrade.

He is improving for sure, at the end of the season he will be in full Hazard mode again.

Slightly better but not by much at all. It would be nice to see him play very well between now and the end of the season, after that I am not bothered which path he chooses, take it or leave it me with this lad now.

I'm quite sure you are coming into this debate with half cocked information, in fact I am sure you haven't read half the stuff I have posted regarding Eden. Do me a favor, read back through everything I have written, dissect, come back here and let me know.

Look forward to your response when you have done your homework.
