A strange issue involving time

Look at this:

It is the highlights of the football match Lille v. Real Madrid (02 October 2024).
Scroll to 0.43 of the video and you will see that Lille is awarded a penalty kick.

Now there is a dispute about this and it concerns the real time the incident occured.
It was the 44th minute and that match is supposed to have started at 8.00 pm GMT time.
So, superficially, it was 08:44:00 pm.
But in reality this may be a full 2 minutes out and in the video we see the match chronometer, not the real time.

Is there a way to retrieve the actual time stamp ?
From tv channels who recorded the event maybe ? From UEFA ?
