No, he just thinks that every DM has to be aggressive and run around like a headless chicken before he's good. I wouldn't be surprised if he rated Parker from Spurs ahead of Mikel.

Na ignorant logic once again. Another fool who thinks he's one of Wengers scouts.

Parker is better than Mikel, Mikel is too poor off the ball.

Ignorant? Fool? No need for the sarcastic, petty insults. People can have opinions different from yours. You're being the ignorant one insulting everyone, trying to have snide digs at everyone just because they don't agree with what you think is your "god-like" opinion.

I can't even be bothered debating with you why I think Mikel is better than Parker as it's clear you're just going to insult, + this is the Kakuta thread anyway.

And again, how is it ignorant logic when you've pretty much confirmed that you do rate Parker ahead of Mikel? Contradicting yourself hard.

So you're saying it's bad logic that i rate Parker over Mikel. Then you say everyone has opinions, and I'm contradicting myself?.

Mention anywhere in my post where I said it's bad logic.

Anyway, I've posted quite a detailed analysis of Mikel in his thread so if you want to take the debate further then please continue on that thread.

French midfielder Gael Kakuta says he wants to leave Chelsea with Marseille keen to sign him.

The French club are keen to sign the 21-year-old as a replacement for Andre Ayew who could leave the club.

Kakuta told L'Equipe: 'My decision is final. This is an important time in my career. It’s better for me to leave the club (Chelsea) and find one where I could play more matches. I need to play.'

The midfielder joined Dijon on loan last season and believes a return to France would benefit him.

He added: 'In hindsight, I think the Ligue 1 will do me good. Marseille are one that I like. In France, Marseille is up there with Lille and Lyon, two of three clubs that I’m interested in most.

‘I’m not worried about Marseille. With the players they have, the club is not finished. In the coming months, the club will start to shine.'

Seems as though it's the only option for him now. Whether through the fault of the club (constant changing of managers/different systems etc), or through fault of his own (his attitude whilst on loan etc), it's a shame that he never got the opportunity to show what he could do in a blue shirt. A mature decision by him. He's still got huge potential, and i'd tip him to flourish at a club like Marseille.

He seems to be somewhat hasty in his play whenever he gets the chance to feature for us. Not sure if he's trying too hard to impress or what but he doesn't seem calm and compose enough.

So he's off to Marseille then? Maybe somehow related to the Azpilicueta deal?

If Kakuta leaves on a permanent basis instead of a loan, I hope we take a lesson from Barca and try to include some sneaky buy-back clause to the contract so that we can try buying him back if he suddenly flourishes when given a proper opportunity and starts to realize his potential which we all know is still there.

Yeah, that would be fantastic. But is it really that "easy" to just sneak in a buy-back clause. Well, we should atleast get a dips on him.

I know it's not so simple and not everyone has the same influence as Barcelona, but wouldn't hurt to at least try!

Best for everyone concerned. Kakuta gets his minutes and the development his career desperately needs, we get to sweeten the Azpi deal and cash strapped OM get a promising youngster that can still mature into a good player in the future for next to nothing.

It's a shame the guy hasn't turned out to be worth all the trouble it cost us.
