^ ya I agree STEV3O. i think our best chance was winning the Carling Cup and we blew that one, didn't we? well to be fair we looked like we could win the FA Cup like 3 weeks ago. on the plus side though, there'll be a bigger chance of Grant being sacked and bringing in Frank Rijkaard. :thumbsup:

The PL doesn't look so difficult now, we have the players to go out and win our 12 remaining matches. If we beat Arsenal and United, and those two draw at Old Trafford, we can still win the title. Crazier things have happened, e.g. Avram Grant becoming Chelsea manager.

well if we win something, it will be because of the players, not our depressing manager. its still on, course it is. Arsenal are not playing well at present, man utd dont worry me when we play them, i can see it being closer than maybe we thought. i still dont think we'll win it but we can.

I dont think we'll win it but we have a good shot at coming second.Long as we keep up the spirit we showed yesterday,keep injury free,Grant dont decide 'ooo lets try this today' against Man you or a tream like that we'll be fine and we have that game in hand so wooo

Well depends how all the other games go against the other teams for us and the other 2. I personally think if we win both of them, we'll win it.

Beating Man you at home might not matter at that time being second to last game.Arsenal however could have a big impact but with Grant in charge...eeeep.Gotta foucus on our matches,win those and hope the others mess up cause Arsenal at the mo are going on a blip it seems

If I had to choose between United and Arsenal to win the PL, I'd go with United. At least their fans don't chant "LIVERPOOL" at their home games.

True that and the thought of Gallas lifting the trophy.Gah!!!!!Just that game away with the ref peed me off but the thought of Gallas's smug face in a 'I did all this you just helped' sorta way.

Jt lifting the trophy defo would make better viewing but cant see it happening but winning something so we can have a trophy prade tehehe considering we didnt have one last season and we know how to celebrate.

Yesterdays bounce back showed we havent just given up in Feburuary,a result Weds and feel more confident.If Grant stopped bloody doing a Rafa and leaving out players when they've had a good spell be fine.

And yes....This one is going right down to the wire. No team can relax till it wins the very last match of the league.

Chelsea has a chance only and only if they beat Arsenal and Man Utd at home. Also we HAVE TO WIN the match at WHL.

I am in a way glad we had a blip against Olympiakos ,liverpool and Tottham at this stage. Cus We always seem to go on a long unbeaten run after a blip.

All we gotta do is....go on a winning streak of 9-10 matches again.

Also, Manchester united's last 9 matches are the toughest they could have. Arsenal has some easy fixtures Hence, Arsenal needs to suffer some defeats in their last 10 matches.

5-6 years back Arsenal was all game for winning a treble only to blow up their chances in all the 3 trophies in space of Just 1 week. They lost their way in the league, knocked out of UCL and knocked out of FA all in 1 week. And finally they dint end up with anything.

To me if it means Grant fucking off, then I prefer it if we win fuck all now.

If we win the League or CL, it means Grant sticking around for two or three years with £150 m to spend on wanky Israeli players and us destined for mediocrity. Players just hanging araound on massive salaries doing the barest minimum, just like Kenyon , Buck and that lot.

I just can't see any way that we are going to win the CL or the Prem, we can't even get past Barnsley or Spuds in the cups there is no way that we can win the CL and we are not going to be consistant enough to win the Prem, even though both Arse and Manure are letting us in...
