I am a huge fan of food. Me and my girlfriend love to try something new always. I love Asian cuisine. Sushi, Vietnamese food, Thai food. I like the simplicity of Italian cuisine. I love soup. Our Czech cuisine is also interesting although quite heavy and dense. I like the taste of Indian cuisine... I'm not a fan of fat meat, oysters, cauliflower...

Love to read about food, love to watch show about food, love to talk about food...

Typical Czech food: Roast pork with dumplings and Sauerkraut ("Vepřo knedlo zelo")

Marinated Beef Sirloin ("Svíčková na smetaně")

Jokes aside, everyone should live by that Socrates quote. Never understood how Gordon Ramsay manages to have fits over what is essentially 'cooking the dinner'. Eating gives you energy to do whatever you need to do, and that's that. Nothing worse than someone who boasts about eating the spiciest food, or the hottest curry. How is that an achievement or anything to take pride in, smh.

Agreed but if you're going to eat it, might as well enjoy it.

Everything in moderation.

I miss out on a lot of different kinds of cuisine because of personal choices (vegan), but overall I'm a pretty fussy person and stick to what I like.

Is veganism your choice?

Stir Fry: a contonese cooking style that uses a wok. Very simple, very easy and you can put just about anything you want in it.

And you would be surprised how much Fish and Chips is different in Australia and the UK.
