strong centreback 157
Apparently sky have got other camera angles of the incident and from the bit of info I just got told by a mate, the FA are going to absolutely crucify JT, my mate is a removal man and the firm he works for does more up market clients, they done a member of the FA today and he was talking to him and as he is a liverpool fan he got talking about the suarez ban, the guy said they had to ban and fine him as while it was a cultural mistake they couldnt just let it slide but he will get it reduced on appeal, he also said if you thought that was a tough sentence then wait until you see the other one, he wouldnt say JTs name but was obviously refering to him, apparantly their is concrete evidence against him and the FA will have to nail him to the cross because of it, obviously take with a hint of salt just incase, but if true he is in big trouble and id very much doubt the club will be able to back him if found guilty in court. Laylabelle 9,534
But if they do reduce the Surez ban which doubt they will if they're trying to set an example..surley all thats saying is racism is fine if your from another culture... Fulham Broadway 17,312
What are the odds that he is found guilty and not get punished by the FA?Non -existent.On the positive, yes, he will get a ban, a fine, and lose the Ingerland captaincy......bbbbbut..........you can guarantee on his first game back he will score with a header from a corner

strong centreback 157
But if they do reduce the Surez ban which doubt they will if they're trying to set an example..surley all thats saying is racism is fine if your from another culture...What suarez said was negrito which apparantly translates literally as little black fella, problem here is as he is from a latin country its gonna be nigh on impossible to judge conclusively wether or not he meant it as a racist term or not, gus poyet is staunchly behind suarez and says that it is a misunderstanding as in uruaguay its not deemed racist, now if thats the case its a cultural difference and suarez must have thought (rightly or wrongly) that he was doing nothing wrong. Now as over here everybody just assumed he meant ni**er, you got to ban him, on appeal he will say his piece about what I wrote above and the FA will have to reduce it to something less severe, but not totally quash it due to there being the chance he did mean it racially.Boils down to evras word against suarezs word with the FA trying to make sure they dont look soft on racism. Blue Armour 4,439
The only positives for me from this: 1. The FA's decision will be delayed a bit. 2. This reminded me of how much I wanted to see QPR get relegated again
bababoom 4,478
try ....innocent until PROVED guiltyI never said he was guilty, but i do find it hard to believe his excuse, also the fact that the crown prosecution said that there is sufficient evidence to prosecute him. But yeah, lets all blame Anton Ferdinand, and QPR.
zolayes 14,489
What? false witness? no proof at all.If it was the other way around and someone was racist towards one of our players i'm sure we will be supportive. That's why some of our fans are booing him because he's accusing one of OUR players. We should forget that he is one of 'our' players, he is racist and deserves everything he gets.sounds as if you have found him guilty

OriolRomeu 5
Innocent until proven guilty. If found guilty , then the club needs to show a GREAT ammount of discipline. And this isnt the first saga JT has had regarding being racist , apparently he abused King racially a few seasons back and it all got brushed under the carpet. What kinda club would we be , if our captain is a known racist , with other black people in and around the club, what message will that send them?It has put the club under more pressure , considering how much the media does already. watcherfromafar 11
Whether he's guilty or not, I still find it amazing to think someone would be criminally charged for something like this.
