That's what I mean.. He did say it, but in the context that's not meant to be racist. Fact is, he shouldn't be saying that, so openly with cameras watching him. Silly.

There needs to be a complaint by a member of the public to the police.

Suarez case is so tentative its just Evras word against him. Suarez has admitted using 'negrita' but to him its not considered racist

lol not a lawyer, studied it for a year or two.

Its tricky. The CPS has some alleged 'extra' evidence that theyre keeping under their hat. the most they can fine him is £2500 -but its the resulting disciplianry action taken by club and country that will be the most damaging if hes found guilty.

For the foreseeable though its as you were, nothing will happen for ages yet -yes he'll get booooooage at yids and every game now, probably until the end of his career, but hes big enough and ugly enough to shrug that off.
