I love Lampard but i don't want him to be all time top scorer, it would be nice to see Bobby Tambling keep that record.

My dream would be for Lamps to score 200 goals and keep it bang on that, then again i would like him to score lots of goals this season, as goals are goals, and they are needed to win games regardless of records. God damnit I am being too picky, oh just score another 100 Lamps, i will get over it, or not get enough of it, or however i feel about it, damn it.

Surely for him to equal it would be best if you wan't Bobby to keep it? Then they could both have it.

I would love him to beat it... Tambling is a club legend, and if you were a supporter during his period at the bridge i am sure you may feel different but lampy is my hero and THE man in my eyes and i would love him to break the record. Each to their own and people can have their own opinions on that but wanting lampard to break it is mine... :)

Agree with you. Might be because he is played in a role he never should play in. He is AMF and we can't change that. He never was Pirlo like player the current role asks him to be. Apart from that he scored a brilliant goal-shame it didn't count for nothing today - but also showed many misplaced passes, tiredness from lack of rotation options. 6/10

Pretty fair analysis. Thought a lot of our problems again came from the midfield of him and Ramires (not all by any measure) but that's simply not his fault. He's a legend but in a completely different position from the one he's being asked to play. I do think yesterday's game perfectly summed up where he is in this club now.
