You think so? I used to say the same things but for some reason I'm not completely thinking that way anymore. I see a chance that 3-4 guys could make it to the first team in the next 3-5 years and become important for us. Idk why but I think so now.

Btw, Chalobah seems to be very down-to-earth but also very confident.

I think Chalobah, Kane and Swift seems to be the most likely from the players in the video. Kane has a good opportunity to make it at RB because of the lack talent we have at that position, we should really consider loaning him out soon.

Nathan Ake and Piazon are recently signed, i haven't seen enough of them. But i like the potential in them.

This whole team is exceptionally talented and CAN develop into great players. But the next 4 years are crucial for them and they can go in any direction. However from Blackman to Feruz they are all top quality players.

Islam Feruz, Swift, Ake, nathanial, Kane are the ones to look out for. Apart from Kane all the four are 16 yr olds. I'm a fan of Swift. Proper Box to Box...

I don't follow our reserves regularly, but I have to say that we have a really good wave of youth coming. So far AVB has done alright with the young players. Not as much as we would want him, but it is his first season and the pressure on us has been very high.
