On monday the U21 from Anderlecht won the prestigious Viareggio-tournament. They won the final against AC Milan U21 with 3-0. Allready there are reports that Milan is interested in 2 youth players from the Belgiam club. Jordan Lukaku and Mohamed Daf.

Director of Milan, Adriano Galliani allready said being impressed with Lukaku in his defending and attacking abilities. Lukaku is having a tough time breaking trough in the A-team. Reports say he rejected a loan move to OH Leuven before the season. Since then he isn't used in the plans of coach John van de Brom.

It would surprise me if AC Milan would take him over, even before he really got his chance at Anderlecht's 1st team... although you never know!

Jordan played 5 games in Anderlecht's first team last season when both LB's were injured (Safari & Deschacht). But this year haven't been in the first squad a single time.

Rather strange if you know that the current coach favorises young talents in his squad => giving Praet & Bruno serious game time (they're even starters regularly).

This made me think Jordan hasn't reached the level of being a 1st team player. He seemed to have played an amazing tournament in Viareggio last week however. Beating Ac Milan 0-3 in the finals... => Ac Milan is now interested.

We will see how this goes. Anyways it's true... Romelu has been an all time Chelsea fan. His younger brother was/is an Arsenal fan.

Unless we need a LB, LM (or we want to reunite the Lukaku brothers) ... I think (for the moment) we should leave the idea of transferring Jordan.

Hmmm is typical that just when your write something about him... seconds later you get more info! Lol!

Newsflash: he will we be in the 1st squad selection for tomorrow's game against Genk (former club of KDB & Courtois).

The fact that he wasn't selected more often for Anderlecht's first team this year was apparently due to the fact that he refused a loan deal => the manager was really upset about this!

If he get's on the pitch and brings something extra to the game.... I will keep you guys informed (and otherwise Hamilton, Stingray, Weckerz, Mediator or anyone else of the Belgian team will :)).

Jordan Lukaku want's to leave Anderlecht, at least on a loan deal..

Two years ago in play-offs he got the chance to prove himself by Ariël Jacobs, so a promising future looked to come his way. But after getting to the selection of the A-team last season he had some minor injury's and in january he got three days from the board to find another team on loan. He didn't find that on such short notice. So he needed to train with the reserves and didn't really get a chance anymore.

After winning the prestigous tournament of Viareggio he got some interest from Milan but the two clubs never got to an agreement. His dad tried to buy him out for his Congolese team for 200.000€, but Anderlecht didn't let him go for that amount.

He should try to do a Thorgan, C'mon Romelu, have a talk over here to relaunch your little brothers career.. :D

Well there's a problem with Jordan Lukaku, namely he thinks he's a very promising player, a future NT player and international star. Well he isn't. At least he hasn't shown the potential at all IMHO. I think he could do well, but he's far from a talent that could make it at Chelsea. I don't think Thorgan Hazard will make it at Chelsea either, at the very least not in the near future. I rate him much higher than Jordan as well.

He should however ask for play time or a loan. But shouldn't be that demanding. A team like OHL or KVK, not too big but with a positive attitude, could be ideal. That way he could get some more games and improve, so that he could become a good first team player for RSCA. If he manages that he should be happy. Perhaps he could even get to a small team in a bigger competition when he's at his peak. But he should be patient, mature, hard working and especially more down to earth. It's hard and strange to see your brother make incredible fast stepts and not getting them while trying the same. But he simply has to accept that he's not his brother.

Surely not 1st squad material since he hasn't proved himself yet (not even at Anderlecht). So should go on a loan.

If he comes here... we might see the following:

that is if Roms get's nr 46 next season
