I think deep down he knows this as well. If two teams offer for you, one has a chance in winning the title, and qualifies for the champions league, the other team, will be lucky if they finish 4th, and is playing in the europa league. Three leagues, three fa cups, 2 league cups, great showings in the champions league reaching a final, and the semi's six times. That's better than the "Great" Real Madrid in that time frame. The money line is a coping mechanism for small clubs, because they can't admit that clubs like Chelsea are indeed infinitely bigger and more attractive than them. He just seems bitter to me, but i think he knows why Mata picked us, if he doesn't then he needs his head checked.I wish there are more 'mata vs' clips on youtube, there's only three or four. And i have watched them all, about three times. I seriously just want to see this guy in action now, it's a shame that he might not feature against Norwhich, because after that there's internationals, and then we have to wait another two weeks.Avb's team is shaping up nicely now, hopefully we will be able to see Romeu, and Lukaku in action as well in the coming weeks. Some other fans still say it's still the same old boring Chelsea from last year. But hopefully now we will be able to play nice creative and attacking football, because we are buying players that have great composure on the ball, and great passing abilities, like Mata, Romeu, and(hopefully) Modric.
