why he said it was BS is because the media said he gave a hint he'd be playing for Chelsea due to the fact he played in a 5v5 game at Chelsea sponsored pitches in LA.. it was lazy journalism Lukaku still coming to Chelsea though

Not too sure he should have react like that, if he is knowing that he eventually will join us at the end of the day. My bet is that we are not even bid for him yet.

He can't out and say yes I'm joining Chelsea until its official I know you are hoping the deal falls through but he is in all essence already a Chelsea player just waiting until july to announce

Why do you believe that?

Matt Law and Simon Johnson both reported that Everton valuation for Lukaku is 100m and Chelsea is not going to meet that. Kristof Terreur a reputable Belgium journalist stated that no agreement is there between Chelsea and Everton.

For one Romelu stated he wasn't signing a new contract with Everton that is fact and secondly he already stated that his next destination was already sorted, and finally no other team has shown any interest in him bar a slight connection to United and Bayern

That interview seems to be root of that belief. But much reports and interviews contradict Romelu story. A few days before that interview his agent Raiola said Everton had not received any offer for Lukaku. 

I guess it depends on how much trust you put into that interview. Beside that interview nothing suggests this is a done deal. If you believe this is a done deal, then Chelsea have paid whatever Everton has demanded. That is unlikely for me from Chelsea perspective. 

We will see a week from now i guess.

Cant he just chill on holidays and wait for whoever announces his signature, since its crystal clear he is leaving everton?

The reported fee is very good and 28 years is not that old. If he give us 2-3 years of his prime it will be worth it. By the time Aubameyang declines we could buy another striker. Also if we buy him for 70m euros we have more money left to go big on a LW. We would have to pay around 110m euros for Lukaku ffs.

I dont think Lukaku would cost that much. 

I dont rate Auba that much, or Lukaku for that matter. I would go for Morata.

Why did he post the video? He's playing around with people in the offseason. That's why. It's everyone else's fault they look into things way too much during this part of the year. Just like playing with a team on Footballs Manager or following a club or player on social media. Not everything these people do have to be inspected under microscope as some hint of their intentions.

I wouldn't surprise if he is 'forced' to stay at Everton next season, and will sell him next summer after WC. It looks like they will hold for 100m price tag, and we won't paying that.
