There's value in the Kovacic loan to be considered too. Real Madrid wouldn't have loaned him out this season without a reasonable fee.

The amount of money that can be made through loan fees nowadays is staggering (Chelsea perfect case in point).

huge lack of respect and class by him towards Chelsea, doesnt surprise me at all to be honest. Lets just hope Hazard doesnt get his head turned by this kind of shit and actually be professional for us unlike that snake Courtois, we'll see what happens in the future.

Courtois used to play for Atletico and now he's kissing Real Madrid badge. No class about this guy at all, no class whatsoever.

Also, I'm sure he will talk about Eden joining during every interview from now on.

Glad we got rid of him. 

Best of luck trying to escape Madrid fans after Messi destroy you between legs again ;)
