  2. Jeez people you need to relax. Pre-season is all about fitness. This time last year we were being raped by some Bundesliga minnows and struggling against Wimbledon and random Slovenian and Austrian sides. Next thing I know we were the best team in England by a mile.
  3. Same time zone as Romania. Me going to bed at 9 PM tonight, wake up at 3:05 AM and then no sleep until 7 when I leave for work. Slept two and a half hours last night so that I can be tired and fall asleep at 9 PM tonight haha
  4. Stones, Charles Aranguiz, Rahman Baba and hopefully a new winger and we are good to go.
  5. Brendan Bodgers counting again on clueless football and his attacking players to bail him out of jail. Liverpool have a dreadful GK and a terrible back four and this is what is going to cost him his job come May. They should have invested all the Sterling money into a new GK and a few decent defenders. Tippy tappy football only works if you have a player like Suarez in your team. Now they have a team full of bang average players. The way things stand, TOP4 is only a dream for them in the next years. Chelsea, United, Arsenal, City, only going to be stronger from now on.
  6. I know that feeling. All of my friends could eat the entire fridge and gain no weight, while I eat a stake and drink 3-4 beers and then I have to stick to salads for a month.
  7. Classy Charles. Him and Matic would complement each other so well. Rock solid protection for the back four and would allow Cesc the freedom to control the midfield.
  8. Hang in there John Stones, sooner or later you will be a Chelsea player.
  9. Definitely. They are waiting for a new president to be elected before they ship Messi to Chelsea and then try to sign the likes of Depay, Markovic, Lallana and Titus Mangala.
  10. Every media outlet in Italy is a joke. Hopefully they keep the trend going this time too. 34m is too much for a player that didn't develop at all since his move from Benfica. Charles Aranguiz is a better player atm, coming off a superb Copa America, hitting his prime and on his way to a new final (Copa Libertadores). Plus he's been a part of one of the most exciting teams South America has seen in the last decade, Sampaoli's Universidad de Chile.
  11. "Mourinho maybe gonna want to leave this club." "Hazard and Courtois must feel uncomfortable." Making up things in your own mind is delusion mate, not fear.
  12. Fabian Delph. What a twat City are so desperate to fill the homegrown quota they'd sign every mercenary out there. Delph and Sterling are tailor made for that club, snakes of the highest order that would leave the ship at the very first dangerous wave.
  13. Watched that extended Sky Sports interview. He is the Cillian Murphy of football. Love him already.
  14. We are good enough. We need stability, not 3-4 changes every year. A strong team needs a few years together before reaching its true potential. I'd only add a new right winger (and maybe a new defender) to the current set of players, other than that we are well settled. Depth (a truly strong bench) is what Jose should focus on this summer.
  15. So what if Chelsea would be interested in him? Vidal would still have the last word, it's not like he'd automatically join the club as soon as Chelsea show some interest. Like it or not, Bayern are bigger than Chelsea atm and Vidal has played in Bundesliga before. I have no doubt he'd choose Bayern over Chelsea/United/PSG/City. Transfers don't work like that. Oh, we don't want Ramires/Mikel, just throw him in that deal and get it done. You guys have to relax and let Jose do his job. He knows what's better for his team and what is not. Improving a team doesn't mean you have to hunt for all the world class players in the world. Some are unavailable, some don't want to join the club, some are overpriced etc.
  16. Sell Sterling for 39m (10m go to QPR) just to replace him with Benteke for 32.5m. Pure banter
  17. Nothing in Germany about Galatasaray and Fenerbahce interest? Turkish media all over it today.
  18. Robben left out of Bayern squad departing for China. Rumour is that Galatasaray and Fenerbahce are negociating a deal for him. I swear I would make a move for him even if he's 31. World class player with at least two years at top level left in his tank IMO. Chelsea need a proven player on the right wing and as we can see there's not a lot of options on the market right now. Ronaldo, Bale, Neymar, Alexis, Sterling, Muller impossible to aquire, while Reus and Griezmann are hard to get. I really, really feel that Robben can do the job for at least a year until new players (RW in particular) become available on the market.
  19. Both of them regulars in Chelsea's Youth League winning team.
