If next week Rooney play in the community shield and play well then it will pretty much confirm that he will stay, if he is on the bench/not in squad/bad body language means he wants to leave and we might be able to get him. If it was up to me, I would just offer £45m+ £5m add-on for Suarez now and finish that move off straight away.
