  1. Right. I can't imagine him wanting to go to a club where he'll never play first team football either. He'll be a backup under Cech and he'll be a backup under Curtois.
  2. Well, we're on a message board. So just about EVERYTHING is debatable friend. I guess we'll be disagreeing on this one.....
  3. I'm feeling good today. Celebrated a bit too hard/late for Independence Day yesterday. So i'm just relaxing around the apartment today.
  4. I'm excited as well to see him play for us. And i'm fine with players that take shots.
  5. Wow! I can't believe that's him! And agreed. He's got to keep the trademark hair!
  6. Ha. That has hilarious potential to be awkward. But could work/be the basis for a sitcom.
  7. Ah. Yeah. I guess it makes sense to let him have it I suppose.
  8. Yes. PSG will be SCARY. I'm hoping they can fend off Monaco.
  9. Lenovo's are PHENOMENAL computers. If I can't use a computer made by Apple Lenovo would be my second choice for sure. Those things hold up like nobody else can. I have to stick with Mac or Linux. Can't deal with wingross. But that being said i'm hoping I don't start a software debate. ha. there are better places for that.
  10. I picked up a copy of T Colin Campbell's new book "Whole" this morning. It seems promising thus far. The China Study is still one of my favorite books/pieces of research i've read. So i'm super stoked to see how he continues this new book.
  11. I'm jealous of the shirt. But no so much the laptop. ha. ....well, unless of course you put Linux on it. lolololol.
  12. I'd much prefer to keep Torres over Ba. And before anyone starts in in me, no I don't think Torres is the ideal first choice striker. But I much prefer what he adds to the team over Ba.
  13. It might be different from the USA army because here we HAVE TO go to the army for 3 years (girls for 2) when we turn 18 and finish highschool . So basicaly while in other countries people finish high school and go to college and everything, we're stuck in the army for 3 years, delaying our lives basicaly. But thats how its gotta be here, because of the situation. Oh wow. I wasn't aware of that. The military is definitely optional here. I wish working in customer service for a few years was mandatory though ha. Some people just never learn how not to be such shitty scumbags when traveling, shopping, or dining out.
  14. I agree with the importance of being a development club. I just don't want us to turn into a selling club.
  15. Ohhhh. Weird. Well, I guess at least there is a good job market for you when you get out if they won't reimburse for schooling. I think it is like that with some companies here as well.
  16. Thanks for posting the video! That was an interesting watch. I'm still not sure the right investment is another young and untested striker though. I think Lukaku will best develop and benefit playing alongside a more experienced and proven striker.
  17. I hope you figure it out. Thankfully for you media/photography is a field that won't be going anywhere. There are schools all over the place to hone your skills and I know several professionals around my city that make a living in film/photography that never even went to college. Does your military give education assistance once you finish service? Several people join the United States military specifically for the education reimbursement.
  18. I guess better him there than man shitty. I actually enjoy watching PSG. Plus we could see a great rivalry develop with them and Monaco now.
  19. Let's hope you're right! I think with Rafa it wasn't SO bad because we knew he was leaving. It was never going to be permanent so we could just imagine the end point. But bringing someone like suarez in, i'm not sure how i'd deal with it. I genuinely can't imagine being ok rooting for him....
  20. Think about what you enjoy or enjoy doing and figure out a way to work around the things you enjoy or doing what you enjoy. In my off time I love getting friends together and trying new restaurants or bars, having people over and cooking/entertaining. So for me I seem happiest in hospitality and food service. I get paid to meet new people, entertain them for the extent of their stay, and get them to try delicious food and drinks. Some people hate that sort of work but for me i'm just getting paid to do what I would be doing for free anyway. Also I love working on my feet along with the constant chaos/unpredictability of the industry.....
  21. But what is so crazy or controversial about that? I can see how it could cause some interesting conversations/ideas. But I guess I don't get it.
  22. Rule 63 is an internet adage which states that for every fictional character, there exists a counterpart of opposite gender. ?
  23. I also have no idea as to what this rule 63 is.....
