  1. I agree with the importance of being a development club. I just don't want us to turn into a selling club.
  2. Thanks for posting the video! That was an interesting watch. I'm still not sure the right investment is another young and untested striker though. I think Lukaku will best develop and benefit playing alongside a more experienced and proven striker.
  3. I guess better him there than man shitty. I actually enjoy watching PSG. Plus we could see a great rivalry develop with them and Monaco now.
  4. Let's hope you're right! I think with Rafa it wasn't SO bad because we knew he was leaving. It was never going to be permanent so we could just imagine the end point. But bringing someone like suarez in, i'm not sure how i'd deal with it. I genuinely can't imagine being ok rooting for him....
  5. This is horrible! And now David Moyes is saying Rooney isn't for sale.
  6. When we're outside of the transfer windows i'll be inclined to agree with you. But it's the summer transfer window! And that means FULL MUPPETRY!
  7. Yeah, i'm good with pissing away the 40 million as long as it's not to suarez. I think him, balotelli, tevez, dempsey, and joey barton are my "not under any circumstance can they wear our shirt" players. ....well, let's be real, cunt dempsey probably wears a Chelsea shirt at home in front of his mirror and cries because he'll never get to put one on in real life.....
  8. FOR THE LOVE OF PETE SELL HIM! Shit, i'll mail the guy a case of syrup myself if he leaves willingly......
  9. Right! We've got the cash! Let's stop dicking around and letting everyone hijack our deals!
  10. I wholeheartedly agree with that attitude hence my support of getting Wazaa and or The Zlatan. But there's a point where one interferes with the other. Suarez has too many bans in a short time. We already have a walking booking with Rambo. Suarez is one example where I would say that the cons FAR outweigh the pros. He's got to stop getting lucky with the consequences against him and I don't want that extra long example ban to hit him whilst we're relying on him for goals......
  11. SO READY FOR THIS TRANSFER WINDOW TO BE OVER! ....Nah, i'm not. I not so secretly love the drama and chaos.....
  12. That drawing has WAY more hair than the real Wazaa! I wouldn't have known who it was if it wasn't posted in the Rooney thread.
  13. i know. its needed to get your point across specific type of people... YESSIR!
  14. SOMETIMES THE CAPS LOCK IS NECESSARY! I don't see how it bothers people to read.....
  15. Not to mention extensive European experience and trophy winning instincts.
  16. Oh my. I'm so happy to wake up this morning and find so much more support for Wazaa and The Zlatan! Glad i'm not the only one on board with those greats! I was getting deeply concerned that I might be the only one who doesn't believe in putting a player out to pasture just because they are over 28 years old......
  17. He'll be 32 in early October. He's for sure not a good long term plan. But he still has at least another season or two of good football in him. And we could definitely use the depth he'd add.
  18. I'm not sure most of that would work out man.
  19. AGREED! I'd LOVE to see The Zlatan playing for us!
  20. Lol what the actual fuck!! Too much face palm! Yep...........
  21. Right. I'm going to have a hard time believing this is settled until he's up on one of the clubs sites.
  22. I'm reading now that Cavani won't make a decision until he returns from holiday with his family. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/12040/8799977/Transfer-news-Edinson-Cavani-quiet-over-future-following-Chelsea-speculation
  23. Interesting read. I'd still love him in blue though. I think if he were a player coming from a different league more people would be on board. When Lampard's future was up in the air and he was linked with United there were a lot of United supporters who had the same attitude of not wanting Lampard seemingly just because he's such an icon for Chelsea. It's always tough to pick up a player from such a rival team. But sometimes it can be worth it.
