i really dont want to make it a wish list thread but our mid field can be rejuvenated if player like sniejder can come. As david mentioned Xabi can also be an ideal option .

more than 3 or 4 first team change will disturb the team cohesion. by an overhaul we might have a great squad but i am not sure whether we can form a great team. 2 wingers and one creative attacking mid will do good for us. not sure about RB.

this gameweek is gonna be important . arsenal have two difficult game and we two relatively easier game. if they manage to lose then we can be in 2nd place

this motivation thing is very much overrated to me. these bunch of players never won European glory. Now they are in QF . If this alone can not motivate them then I dont know what else can do.

There is a risk in bringing a manager who does not manage a top level. And that is the ability to manage the egos of the big club. Roy Hodgeson was wonderful at fullham and again he is doing great at west Brom. But he could not manage Liverpool.

This club needs a visionary like rinus Michels who can work from the grass root level. Sadly our management will not let that happen.

And we needed a creative attacking midfielder. Creativity was the issue and in form or off form Lampard is not the solution. Lampard is the goal threat for any team in the world but he has little to do with creativity.it is up to the team management in deciding Lampard's replacement. If they want to follow mourinho's path then we need another lampardesque player. If we want to play creative football then we need a player in different mold .
