well the whole team was at that time tbh. but I think he played this position a few times for belgium too and wasnt that impressive. he lacks the goals atm to play at that position.

as if roman doesnt have the money to pay another 40 m for rooney. also we surely would sell 1 or 2 players (ba or whoever). futhemore transfers are amortized over the contract length if you are worrying about the FFP. so if we sign willian for 37 m and give him a 4 or 5 year contract, that would make litte more than 5 m per year.

i play fifa but ok. yeah it really takes thinking to play willian in a pivot. it also takes thinking to put messi in a CB position for example. looks for me more like a pressure-move. maybe levy doesnt want to pay enough wages or agent fees and they make up this rumour to put pressure on him. cant see where willian should fit if not oscar/mata are leaving.

willian is great and I think AVB can do wonders to him. he is still only 25. he is fast, has a great technique, great vision and can combine with his team-mates. only think he lacks is that he doesnt score much. he needs to add this to his game and he will be massive for Spurs.

willian arriving means bale leaving is done. cant see them having so much money to spend without selling bale. willian will cost 35 m euros, they dont have so much money to spend.
