well the whole team was at that time tbh. but I think he played this position a few times for belgium too and wasnt that impressive. he lacks the goals atm to play at that position.

as if roman doesnt have the money to pay another 40 m for rooney. also we surely would sell 1 or 2 players (ba or whoever). futhemore transfers are amortized over the contract length if you are worrying about the FFP. so if we sign willian for 37 m and give him a 4 or 5 year contract, that would make litte more than 5 m per year.
