Every big team counter attacks when needed or the opponent is better at possesing the ball. Mourinho does that even against smaller teams. Again that is the management style of him. I don't enjoy it, I think talented players also rather play with the ball instead of tracking their opponents but as long as he can bring trophies I am fine with him.
