Cj i think the days of us signing players for 30+million are behind us now. We are in the business of making these players which i think is right !
-
I don't think we will sign a striker now, i think he is happy with what he has, also his golden child borini is waiting also !
-
I have been to America before, so i hope that's not directed at me !. America is fantastic economically, but many American's have a very low regard for human life, not surprising really when you think about it america was found on crime. The mass murder of the indian's was one of the worst crimes in human history.
-
That's America for you !
-
Good run out ! di santo is a pile of garbage and he needs to join a different club, sinclair provided a threat that we need in the first team, (pace dribbling).
-
That would mean kakuta and bruma will be home grown !
-
He certainly has all the tools to be a great pace based striker !
-
I think as many Chelsea fans as possible should give the club 2 pound per month ! say if we get 500,000 that's 1 million quid ya mag !
-
Lol we live in a blaady first worrrld cantry bruv !
-
Lets hope we get 2 of them of kakuta and josh quality, i want a good striker this year someone to push borini through !
-
Itssssssssssssssssssss onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnllllllllllllllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy a facking 5fiver u mag !
-
Look out for affane he is supposed to be very similar to luka modric in style, very clever young player with a good left peg on him. Affane was in a dutch magazine for the most promising youth players in europe, feynoord tried to sign him !

ACADEMY TAKES ON FRESH TALENT Posted on: Mon 05 Jul 2010 As Carlo Ancelotti and his squad prepare for the beginning of pre-season training this morning, so too does the Academy and its fresh intake of youngsters. There is often a 'first day back at school' feel to pre-season training at Cobham. Spare a thought then for the first-year scholars in the Academy, who begin their full-time football education this morning. Academy manager Neil Bath and his assistant Jim Fraser give us the run-down on the seven lads joining us at our state-of-the-art facility for 2010/11 , and one who joins but returns to his former club for the season ahead. Amin Affane (Date of birth - 21/1/94) Amin is a left-sided player, but predominantly an attack-minded central midfielder who comes in from Sweden, his former club was Lärje/Angereds IF. Jamal Blackman (27/10/93) A goalkeeper from Croydon, Jemal is 6ft 5in already, very agile and joined the Academy fairly late at Under 13. Also involved in the England setup, he played for Chelsea in the Cobham Cup, the international tournament we hosted in August 2008. Todd Kane (17/9/93) Toddy has been at the club since he was an Under 8. He comes from Cambridge and is a very quick right-back, comfortable on the ball and tenacious in the tackle. He also played in the youth team last season. Reece Loudon (2/10/93) A lad from Stevenage, Reece is a left-midfielder, made his debut at left-back for the reserves last season and joined the Academy at Under 13. Archange Nkumu (5/11/93) A boy from North London who joined the Academy at Under 10, Archange can play holding midfield and has played most of the last year as a centre-half for the Under 16s. Danny Mills Pappoe (30/12/93) Danny featured many times for the reserves last season and was an important member of the youth squad, though he missed the Youth Cup Final through injury. Hailing from Deptford, he joined us at Under 12 and is a solid centre-half. Danny Stenning (18/2/94) A central midfielder from Tulse Hill, Danny joined the Academy at Under 14, and is a tidy little player who doesn't give the ball away a lot, has a great attitude and is strong in the tackle. Tomas Kalas (15/5/93) Tomas has signed but will spend the first year on loan at his club, Sigma Olomouc in the Czech Republic. He is now going into the Under 18s, and made his first-team debut last season. Very athletic and quick, he is a very good one-on-one defender and comfortable on the ball. We feel there is a lot of potential in the player, and we feel at the minute it is the right time to get him, but it would be good for him to stay there and get first team experience, and we look forward to him joining us next year. Obviously we will stay in touch and he will come across here when appropriate. He is a right-sided centre-half who can play right-back. Chelsea fc.com

When roman halved the amount of scouts we had it did send out a big message. I think if we did not sack all them managers paying huge contracts we could of gone a long way in being a stable profit making business. I think the scouts we have left must scour the world for talent. With kakuta i believe we have saved a potential 40 million pound player ( playmaker), with danny sturridge we could of saved on a future 30 million pound player, josh will probably save us a further 30 million, bruma will save us 20 million. This is the way to go, all the boys i have mentioned i fully expect them all to be first team regulars in the future. We have one of the best training grounds in europe, our young players enjoy state of the art facilities. The club is going the right way in terms of breeding our own super talents, there are not many young players at big clubs academies with the touch and technique of josh and gael.
-
That supposed to be funny ?
-
Ray wilkins is the most serious person ever to have been associated with chelsea fc. It is pretty clear yossi the prick benayoun has been slagging liverpool off !
-
So yossi saying he did not use the ball in training at liverpool is not insulting. He should just shut his mouth he has been at this club for like 10 mins and he is already talking wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to much.
-
The fact we have been linked with him for like 5 years is really disappointing, the club knew he was a super player when he played in argentina, our scouts watched him and recommended him. He then signs for athletico then he is brilliant, the club seem to like paying premium prices.
-
Im getting sick of it, Aguero is a quality player but if he does not come i wont be losing any sleep. We have sturridge who is quality himself (not as good as aguero but could be world class in the future) so the future is bright anyway.
-
This guy is starting to really piss me off, why does he keep talking about liverpool ?. He is too much of a shit bag to say these things while he was at Liverpool, so keep your mouth shut yossi and concentrate on Chelsea fc, because i can guarantee you our expectations are higher than disneypool's. This makes me think if he did not say things face to face at Liverpool in what way was he expressing his feelings ?. Is yossi the type of person to stab you in the back instead of telling it as it is to your face ?. At this club we will not start him most of the time, a start here and there. He has just moved to a club in were he will probably get less minutes, so why has he come here. Why didn't he go to a club that would play him all the time like he craves, very weird man !
-
Yes but that must start with carlo giving him playing time. If kakuta does not make the grade it will not be because he is not good enough or because the talent aint there, it will be because he is a very lazy player. His touch and technique is second to none, i have seen him control impossible wayward passes. He also has this killer instinct in and around the box that you just can not teach a youngster, plus he is an incredible dribbler !
-
I think it would of been a very big vote of confidence for the number 10 to be given to kakuta. Yossi is nothing but a stop gap for a player .Number 10 is normally given to the specially gifted players, yossi is a inconsistent player who can make a difference off the bench against tired players. Kakuta has the maturity of a 30 year old, he would of fitted the famous number perfectly.
-
Well if he is he will not be a consistent starter at this club. He is better as a sub and he can change games, he is not starting material and he will share time with kakuta off the bench.
-
What does nedherlands and ocasion mean ? ? ? ? ? Fact is Lukaku would be a better signing, he is more of a Chelsea player, big strong and a heart like a lion. We already have players similar to neymar, plus we have Danny Sturridge who is better than Neymar anyway. Danny Sturridge was the best youth striker in England for years, he has excelled in every part of his education. He got games in the fa cup last season and he scored lots of goals. He got time in the premiership and he showed his quality against teams like west ham and stoke city. They are better opposition then gremio and sao paulo !
-
No it will not be enough at all, the boy is only 18 years of age if he was good for only 4 years he would basically retire at the age of 22 years of age. Brazilians are like milk, leave them in the lime light to long and they become stale and stinky !. All them players you mentioned there were before the lazy Brazilian generation, the generation in were if they get a 4 year contract they chill and party and sleep with transvestites.
