This lad would offer two options. We can long if needed but he is a presence both for that and is quality with a ball at his feet. It's him or costa for me.

Our strikers not being very good and our midfield being just as bad is very frustrating but not only that our decision making on the counter is even more worrying. If I was in charge of him I would have him running at defenders instead of constantly slowing play down. He is a much better player when he gets at people and we look very dangerous when he does that.
