  1. Alvarez over Osimhen all day Alvarez would be a superb bit of business
  2. Sound like Maresca is already stamping his foot down and telling these international managers to get fucked He needs to start as he means to go and get the ideas and structure in place with immediate effect as another slow and shit start will not be accepted I hope to fuck that the new signings aren't dragged on either, get deals done quick and get them in
  3. all docs are being signed now, could be announced today
  4. I felt like I morphed into the TV and woke up in bed
  5. The Arsenal board trusted him when the chips were down, pity our lot couldn't do it with Poch after a very good end to the season. Shiny new toy and all that
  6. The long and short of it is, we are putting all our eggs in the 'Pep's sidekick basket' He will come in and this new and flashy philosophy and it will mean fuck all if the players don't buy into it. Rinse and repeat
  7. This appointment is make or break from Winstanley and Stewart- Like absolutely no breathing space, if EM completely and I mean completely flops then it's all on them based on the write ups that's it's their choice just rubber stamped by Boehly and Egbhali
  8. The contract length doesn't matter one jot- If he fails and I mean fail completely as in loses five say of the first ten then his head is on the block. Don't fool yourself for one moment by the words project, patience and time.....Get the popcorn ready
  9. Maresca to Chelsea is now Here We Go. it's done
  10. I will say it now and said it last season we need a clinical number 9, if we dodge this again we deserve every thing we fucking get
  11. Lavia will probably not play ever again if our luck is anything to go by.
  12. I'm done with caring who they appoint or choose, they will be sacked/let go and the nearest opportunity. They are looking for someone as close to Pep as possible both in style and looks by the looks of things. The merry go round continues and is quite frankly boring and pathetic. I don't trust any of the cunts upstairs at this club and think them too cunts Winstanley and Stewart are a pair of absolute frauds. It's just all very sad.
  13. This board are so fucking backward the mystery person is probably Poch
  14. A better manager has just walked away than any of those three
  15. Whoever walks through the door will be given the line "here are the players we are buying you, sort it" Apparently the two clowns Winstanley and Stewart presented to Poch the big missed chances, well fuck me sideways you pair of cunts couldn't even get him a top striker. Wankers
  16. The board will get the yes man they want and boss him about like a little school child. Sad really
  17. If it's McKenna I will give him until November, lose three games he's gone
  18. Not shocked one bit, it's what these owners do now. We have short memories some of us, calling for his head in January and being raped by Arsenal etc. I get the great run of results but this word stability is either trendy or means nothing, in this case and this club it means nothing. It won't be McKenna, I say this as he will want a crack of Ipswich in the PL and jumping from stable to the must unstable thing won't happen. It's either Amorim or De Zerbi
  19. I'd walk if I was not allowed to have a say in the transfers incomings and outgoings, if you want me to steer the ship I take the wheel, simple as that. Pointless giving him players he hasn't selected himself or rates.
  20. If we sack him for McKenna then honestly I'm fucking done.
  21. The PGMOL are working incredibly hard behind the scenes to rectify referee errors and addressing what they can do better. I always use a simple comparison when it comes to refs and players being punished for mistakes- If a striker misses a 2 yard sitter, they are not vilified, demoted or left to rot on the bench they are told to not worry about it and keep on going with a pat on the back. If a referee misses a blatant penalty, and by your analogy should be hung out to dry, death threats and attacked at grass roots level, it's not going to work, but what will work is more hard work from Howard Webb and people at the PGMOL . My son is 18 and level 4 referee now so I now see the inside and outside of officiating. I see the training, the fitness tests and also the examinations they go through and beleive me when I say this it's as intense as anything as I have seen before. My son officiates and represent his regional and now national CORE (centre of refereeing excellence) so he doesn't just your regular coaching at regional level he get's the intense and structured levels at national level. As it stands there is no training given on VAR until you are at say level 2.2a/2b I believe. A big thing is also has the person officiating actually played the game to understand the game. A lot of referee's at PL level haven't even played the game and that is a big big thing, why might you ask? Well, an understanding of the game, not the rules of officiating as that is different but understanding game dynamics, pace of games and players and how they try and manipulate officials decisions, when those who have played the game actually act and understand. One final thing on VAR etc, what they need to to and it is two very simple things to start getting better is clear up and sort the handball rule out, nobody knows what is or is not handball anymore. Secondly this offiside rule is abysmal, a toe offside? We have seen it with us, we get a goal disallowed for someone being level, the next week someone is leaning a yard offside and a goal is given. It needs to be started again, officlas fully trained on VAR, rules cleared up with clear and concise of what is and isn't legal or illegal and go from there.
  22. Would also be typically us if Spurs lose and then we drop points
