Got really close with him and his brother now, spent last Thursday with his brother for around 3 hours. I went to Ken's house and collected him and brought him to training whilst Ken was away with Nigeria. On Tuesday Ken does a small training session with a group of young Nigerian lads, it keeps his fitness up and it's a bit of fun with hardly any contact. His injury from International duty is fine now, he's been working hard at Rockliffe with the medical team since getting back and he hopes to feature in the up and coming promotion push. I'm with him and his brother again tonight, I take my little lad along and my lad and Ken have a good kick around and we both chat to him for long periods of time. I tend not to mention football because I think it must come a bit monotonous for him, so it's just normally banter and food related chat. When we do speak about it he just says he is staying very focused and working as hard as he can to reach his goals and ambitions. This lad is a complete and utter gentleman...He absolutely adores my lad to a point on Tuesday my mobile went and it was a FaceTime call from Ken We chatted for almost half an hour, mostly him and my lad talking football and him asking how his football was going. Not quite sure what your purposes is around here or what you are trying achieve. From my stand point it looks very much like you are on the wind up and are trying to work the ticket of the TC members......Bit of news for you, it won't happen whilst I am about, if it continues you certainly won't. Debate things in a proper way and stop trying to ruffle feathers.

It only takes one time and we have seen the result, a goal!! I will say this and stand by it.....Adam was allowed to shoot because Tibo's positioning allowed him to do so, Adam said afterwards he had seen him do this before where he was a long way off his line. When I speak with the young goalkeepers I teach, we constantly speak about positions, starting positions and how we must always be aware of the unexpected. Obviously this is junior football but the amount of time I see keepers on the other team been beaten from miles out is crazy, and it all comes down to there starting position. Not once this season my keepers have beaten by a pot shot from miles out, because their starting position is always right. If the starting position is right you won't be beaten from there. Please don't think I am vilifying Tibo here because I am not, he's been incredible for us but for me he got it wrong here and we got punished by Adam for it. It's all part of learning, and he is still learning despite being one of the best, and I bet good money it's been looked in the coming days.

Tibo's positioning was bad, if it hadn't been he would of saved it, it's that simple. Also, if his starting position is different then I bet my bottom dollar Adam does not take that shot on, because it's not actually on, to do so. Tibo could of dropped 5 yards back and still had a great starting position to anticipate a Stoke through ball, he didn't and we saw the outcome. This was a basic error on the part of our goalkeeper and he should not be dropped, but learn from it.

Not a good picture to see at all, just hope he is allowed to go through the process now and get him back where he should be in the right time frame. Remy is good to go, he's more than a capable replacement and will score a few goals before the season end.
