For me right now it's like when a car has a serious crash but not quite a write off....You can fix it, there is a lot of damaged main parts, and it may run alright in the future. Right now it isn't running right, because in the summer the right repairs were not done to the team to build on the structure we already had. We merely had the T-Cut out and hoped to polish out the scratched whilst saving money on the bodywork..... The direction has gone in a lot of ways. The direction of transfers and also the way the club looks at the structure as whole. This is where I keep pointing back to the people behind the scenes and pointing the finger of blame at, not all of it, but a lot of it. Barring JT on the field we have no leader, behind the scenes we lack that because nobody has the second clue about football and what we need, that question is answered both right now in our football but also our transfer dealings, any normal walk of life they would answerable for their job, to me it's no different right now. And before the old 'Well we won the title last season' is thrown back, yeah it was great, but let's not turn into Liverpool and always look back, let's build, let's develop, lets transgress and keep building a fortress.

I'd like us to start how you build a house, with the foundations. Get proper football people in behind the scenes and start the whole process again from bottom to top. Do whatever it takes to fetch in the right manager with the right attacking philosophy. Not just leaders on the pitch but football people behind the scenes.

Vardy has some unreal pace on him, a few times he turned Ottamendi and was gone. Great game even though it was 0-0, lots of pressing but the most noticeable thing was ball retention in tight areas from both teams. Not many balls wasted and once again some good deliveries from out wide by natural wingers and full backs.

Apparently he was ill before the game against Liverpool, can see him starting TBH. Cannot wait for this game, should be a great watch. No point in him going back to Boro one bit, Stuani, Nugent and Kike all fighting for the striker role, plus they are top of the league and playing really well. Karanka has them playing great football and the team spirit is brilliant there right now, it makes no sense him being there.
