I am going to take off my blue tinted glasses and say what some people are afraid to say because they fear the back lash. Frank Lampard is not good enough to be the manager of Chelsea at the moment, he is only getting the role due to nepotism and his name, if you are going to be getting a Chelsea man why not appoint Steve Holland who was with the club for more than 10 years and is very experienced. This is a publicity stunt from the board again to get season ticket holders to buy tickets in what will potentially be a terrible season due to the board's mishandling of the club. (The transfer ban is clearly the board's fault, after the Kakuta incident how the fuck did we get ourselves back into the same mess? These are questions I dont hear the main stream media question) The club and every dog in the street knew the transfer ban was coming, Hazard was leaving and our squad was not good enough and they didnt invest during the January transfer window, another massive fuck up no one is asking. Frank Lampard is being led to the slaughter house under the impression of playing the youth, the simple fact is our youth 70% of them are not good enough to play for a club like Chelsea that is supposed to be in the Champ League semi final every season. I love Frank Lampard's but he has no credentials to be taking over at Chelsea, had the club looked into appointing Gus Poyet or Javi Garcia there would have been an uproar. He might eventually be good enough for Chelsea but he simply isn't right now and he is being appointed as a token. His Derby was outplayed in the Championship by Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds for example, so why not appoint Bielsa? I bet you Rafa will take over either before the season ends or start of next season. You can not teach an old dog new tricks, if we lose 12-15 games there is no way Roman keeps his patience. He fired Di Mateo after 3 months having led us to our best ever night. In addition, the reason Sarri left is because he wasnt really backed by the board as well as the impending transfer ban. he knew he had overachieved and the only way was down after last season, I doubt he would have left if we had given him full backing and if we were not transfer banned. Even whilst injured this season apparently he has 21 goals and 7 assists. Hazard can't even score 20 in a full season when his fit haha. Not saying bale is better by the way

If our transfer ban is pushed back, I think we can do no worse than sign Bale on loan as a sweetener for the Hazard deal. His guaranteed 15-25 goals a season which will help replace Hazard's output. I'm not saying sign him on his massive wages but he clearly can help us at the very least compete next season whilst we look for a proper number 9.

Exactly my point, we would have been fine if CHO and Ruben didnt get injured. Its those injuries that will affect us the most, however if Ruben and CHO can come back for te 2nd half of the season we should be able to handle the league and qualify for Top 4. We actually dominated most of our games this season and I really believe if Sarri has pre season players will adapt more to his system. Sarri made an average Napoli team better (after Higuain left) and I think he can do that too for us.

Problem of delaying the ban is we suffer 2 seasons instead of just the 1. Take your punishment and move on

Depending on how serious his injury is, we should have him back for the 2nd half of the season. Hopefully we can make a deep run into the FA Cup and give him game time then.

Think its smart to just write off next season and start afresh the following season.

His career is done for. He will miss a year and will need another one just to get back to this level by that time his closer to 27 and we know Chelsea dont wait for anyone. Such a shame

Surely you dont want our legends legacy to be ruined by this group of players incompetence. Look at what happened to Conte prior to taking our job every player ran through walls for him, even Pirlo wrote a chapter on him but after he was done with our lot he looked like a villian. Same as Mourinho. We need to fix the club first before even considering giving the job to them. Look at United and ole, his motivation only got him so far, ultimately bad practices catch up with you.

Just look at the shit United are in with Ole' Lamps is not good enough yet for us. We need to stick to Sarri and fix our other bigger problems.

I know a lot of people wont agree, but Lamps looked tactically inferior today, I know he won but that was more to do with Leeds incompetence than Derby. At this point in time I dont think Lamps is a good enough coach for Chelsea yet. Give him time to refine his ideas then we can talk about him taking over.

Surely, we are not that stupid?? Most of our problems Sarri inherited, and firing him is the easy way out. We need to fix other issues like appointing a DoF and recruiting better before we go for our 5th manager in 4 years. Smh.
