Lol, I already said why I won't reveal them. Are you reading this ? It's pointless tbf. Why are people constantly and constantly asking for a source ? If it's Di Marzio - it's Di Marzio and it's all over Internet. If it's guy I trust and don't won't to say who then it's obvious that people should take that with pinch of salt ? I'm not Angel Gil Marin, lol, nor I did talk to him regarding Turan - I think it's obvious so I don't feel the need to challenge someone's intelligent so much (). BTW if Vidal transfer won't get through I won't spam this forum any longer re:transfers. It's very big story and Juventus CEO denied this already so if this will be completed I will be amazed of severe "ITK knowledge". I'm very much looking forward to see this. Otherwise I give up.
-
Well I have few different sources that I managed to select over 3 years in which I trust but I won't reveal them at all since it is always like that "bullshit" etc. Whatever. Anyway Atletico CEO said that there was indeed several other offers for Arda. So again, Chelsea had Arda on the plate and didn't take that. But I have to agree price was a bit steep. Hopefully they sort this shit out after selling Salah and/or Cuadrado.
-
Disappointed, if Chelsea pushed more and offered more money he would be Chelsea for sure. But at the end 34m€ + 7m€ is a bit steep to be honest. Still disappointing they didn't push harder. There's still loop to come back on the market after new president is elected but it's rather gimmick for public. But what now, that's a good question. I don't have a clue who is left on the market. Sterling, and maybe Griezmann since Filipe Luis card is still in play. Just don't Enner Valencia @ me.
-
So Chelsea and Barcelona offers are 6m€ apart (28m€ to 34m€). Arda has agreement with Chelsea while Barcelona have agreement with Atletico. Arda is ready and wants to join Chelsea very much but Chelsea are reluctant to match Barcelona offer. Atletico don't care where he join, just want to sell him for the biggest price. Barcelona started negotiation with the player and are ready to match Chelsea offer. They want to turn his head and offer him 6 months loan to Galatasaray to convince him to join them. Arda is here on the plate and wants to join Chelsea. Yet the club can't give additional 6m€ ... I'm fuming to be honest. It's the thrift shopping I'm talking about. Club were happy to spend those lacking 6m€ on Nathan or Kenedy but no, can't give more for first team player. What the hell is this ? With such shit attitude I don't see any improvement going here.

Well the whole point about building new stadium is adding more corporate seats. It's much much MUCH more important than general seats. They generate much more income. If club still uses this "FFP" and "self-sufficient" rhetoric then split should be even bigger. I read that it could be 40k to 20k. Chelsea earn 29m£ less from matchdays than Arsenal who have stadium of targeted capacity. What's the point of spending enormous amount of money to have 29m£ more income when new Yokohama deal will bring 22m£ more, new Champions League prize money another 23m£ more and Premier League from next year about 55m£ more ? I think 50m£ should be minimum additional income they are targeting from this.
-
Very close to Real Madrid. 30m€. Could be announced soon after Copa America. Real will loan both Lucas Silva and Casemiro out, on which they spend 22,5m€, to accommodate 3rd non-EU player (Lol). Probably Chelsea wasn't even bidding. Probably was too busy to close Kenedy transfer.
-
Beasley again acting like a damn ITK. It's no rocket science to know that Chelsea alongside City, Arsenal, Real, Bayern and PSG were approached about Sterling by his agent since it is the most common way to exit. I can safely assume that majority of the clubs said exactly what Chelsea said. What I fail to understand now is IF Chelsea were able to offer 40m£ they can't go and bridge the gap to 50m£ ? They were happy to spend that extra 10m£ on 2 anonymous Brazilians. Yet they can't put that money on first team needs. It's not even about Sterling now but on the whole picture. They can go over the top for decent/averages players yet they shy away from doing so for bigger players. They are doing thrift shopping in disguise. Waiting for the promotion all the time. Clauses in Hazard and Diego Costa contracts. Fabregas from stock clearance in Barca. Matic thanks to Markovic murky interest (otherwise it would be Guarin running in the middle, I swear !). There's no promotion now and it's little going around.

Allan is off unfortunately. I read that Chelsea tried but were unable to sign him for whatever reason. He's going to Napoli now. Song ... I think he will go to West Ham eventually. He was only mentioned as a homegrown option but with Begovic added we won't need any HG player. Anyway I like this squad, but still think that Vidal is the difference here. We have to wait, but I'm convinced that Vidal is available. We should wait till Monday to hear noise here. Also read that Benatia is available now. What a signing that would be. My favourite CB at my favourite club. As far as I remember Chelsea met several times with Roma officials last August but not sure if it was about Benatia or Destro. But yeah, experience, still with years ahead of him at decent price.
-
Arda has agreement with Chelsea while Barcelona have agreement with Atletico. The latest.
-
I literally have to change my idea of squad every 2 hours ... If Arda signs, great, if not it's not the end of the world. Vidal and Griezmann are more important but Griezmann deal has stalled very badly. I don't think at all that Arda signing will affect possibility of Griezmann but it looks that Chelsea want to sign someone. Is Griezmann looking unachievable now regardless of Arda ? Yes.
-
This guy you're talking about looks to say the truth and to be honest it has legs combining with what agent says. Now Chelsea have to match/slightly exceed Barca offer ...
-
I wouldn't dare to suggest a swap. But transfer in and transfer out. Chelsea are in fantastic position in Financial Fair Play terms. And at the very basic ground, expenditure would be almost entirely covered by sales.
-
He is effectively replacement for Oscar. Instead of being dropped in every big game, he thrives there. Much much improved version, leader who oozes with balls. Oscar as much as I like him, is a pussy who can't put a stamp in big match. There's no point to keep Oscar if we have Willian and Arda in the same team. Literally no point at all. Arda doesn't close doors for Griezmann. We won't have 3 static players in the team. Griezmann is a runner, effective replacement for Schurrle. Let Oscar go to Juventus and get Vidal for him. Sell Cuadrado, Salah, Piazon, Kakuta, Moses and splash that on Griezmann. Squad sorted.
-
I looked closely on him in the last match and have to say, how awesome is his passing skills ? It's not like I discovered it yesterday but he passes with his right, left foot, can quicken things up with opening ball, fantastic passing range with accurate long balls from both feet. He's one of the best passers in the game currently IMO and I feel he's a bit underappreciated here. Sometimes I feel anything added on top of Vidal signing would be just a bonus ...

http://gianlucadimarzio.com/calciomercato/bayern-monaco-nelle-prossime-ore-le-visite-mediche-di-douglas-costa/ Yes ! Gianluca has spoken. Bayern. 30m€. Medicals soon in Monaco and then confirmation.
-
Right ? Literally PERFECT player to fill the gap that is still here after Essien. Unthinkable to miss on that.
-
We'll see after Copa America. I'm very intriguing if this is true, I believe it is. We can see though that news about Vidal is starting to be a thing now, several whispers start to come out, okay major outlets like Di Marzio and Sky Sports write on this in denial fashion so far but this news is gathering pace. I checked again and can say that Arsenal are indeed one of 3 clubs that send bid to Juventus. Don't know what are 2 other clubs. I guess after Copa America it will be all over the Internet. Very interesting indeed.
-
Absolutely yes. Maybe not much better but considerably better, especially in Europe. And please everyone, don't try to confuse Griezmann and Turan deals. Two completely separate things. It's difficult to comprehend how far away are those two cases in 'real transfer world'. I have a feeling those Turkish guys so far try to hawk around Turan and gain interest. Doubt someone will bait at the asking price. I think it will finish at 30-35m€ range. It's a fair price.
-
From good source, Vidal will be moving and it will be revealed where in the next 2 weeks. Possibly another player will be used in part exchange. Juventus received 4 offers from 3 clubs for Vidal. Decision about his sale was made (but not sure about destination). I thought I will drop it here so we can check if this 'source' is trustworthy in the next few weeks. It is btw. So far there's lots of noise that he is going to Arsenal. I hate this idea. It will be too much of an upgrade, too much of winning mentality joining in short period of time. I simply can't understand why Chelsea would let such occasion slip. Arturo is exactly the player we're looking for. Strength, physicality, athleticism combining with passing range, tackling and goalscoring ability. Also we have players that Juventus are interested in : Oscar, Ramires, Cuadrado, Salah. But have this feeling that Chelsea pass on this. Can't understand why. Hopefully calm about Chelsea transfer activity and Vidal move have much in common and it's mutual calm before the storm.

According to transfermarkt he recorded 44 goals and 76 assists in 190 games for Galatasaray. Goal or assist every 142 minutes. But for Atletico it's only 22 goals and 32 assists in 177 games for Atletico. Goal or assist every 295 minutes. Obviously we keep in mind that Atletico was a step up in level but by every account Arda played really, really well for Atletico so why so drastic drop in direct contribution ? Maybe he really is restricted there ? I'd take him as like for like replacement for Oscar in a heartbeat. He thrives in big games, has exceptional technique and can keep flow of the counter-attacks. Quite a change to Brazilian who is dropped constantly in bigger games. He is 28 but we have top young prospects in Boga, Musonda and Traore so I wouldn't attach to his age. Also it was suggested that Atletico will sell him for less than the clause. 35m€ is a fair price. Lastly, it seems that they're already spending Turan money on Callejon.
-
Marseille interest doesn't go away it seems. Their president even specifically named Musonda as the player they're looking for. He has fantastic workrate and there's exodus in OM, they said that they have to sell players before 30th June (to record profit on 2014/15 financial books) so he will have plenty of chances there. Monaco wouldn't be a bad choice either with their youth approach, just look how many youngsters play there. Wouldn't say no to PSV with Champions League football but I think it's between Marseille and Monaco. Monaco looks to settle with Pasalic as a makeweight for Falcao loan so I bet on OM. Baffled as someone suggested Vitesse loan. If so many good clubs are after him and there's rumoured 10m€ offer for a guy who hasn't played a minute in senior football yet, you can imagine how highly is he rated.
-
Blimey, just when I read this I looked on Twitter and there were quotes from Schneiderlin that he hopes to sort his move out by the end of next week. Kondogbia, Imbula, Witsel, Schneiderlin down ? But there's still Pogba & Vidal to go for. And lots of cash and makeweight players to make something happen.
-
Lol. Does anyone noticed that English sources are shit nowadays and just copy from Di Marzio, Gazzetta, El Confidencial etc. ? 35.5m€ + Salah and we have a deal. But I thought they were interested in Filipe and he's deal breaker.
-
Selling Cuadrado, Salah, Kakuta, Moses, Piazon, Marin and that subsidize bid for Marco Reus. May I keep dreaming ? I'd give up any other transfer target for that one.
