Not really, it fucks up the forum and causes glitches. When 'Beast' was banned he was just moved to the 'deleted members' user group. So when you see his posts, his name is in pink and he has the 'banned' user bar under his name.

Why did Justin request a ban?, is he signing up again and re-inventing himself or something?... This is why you should never permanently delete a forum member, it fucks up the forum. Which is why most forums have a deleted member 'user group', so the likes of 'Beast's' posts and so on are still visible.
