  1. Not really a serious signing, just a gimmick PR move.
  2. Yep, that's why I used a win bonus, oh..wait, that was you.
  3. It's the first time this season I've had a rating below 4, you should take solace from that, extremely rare outcome.
  4. ^ Yea, forgot about that. Still though.. looks like Sturridge has been well and truly snubbed here.
  5. Only two subs left now, fuck Capello. GTFO Zamora.
  6. Wouldn’t be surprised if Wayne Bridge had put that manipulated vid of JT & Anton on youtube in the first place.
  7. Bandwagoners? .. criticism of AVB is frowned upon and those who state the flaws are in the minority. So if anything.. it's the opposite, people who blindly support every decision AVB makes no matter what, are the real 'bandwagoners'.
  8. I knew it was too good to be true. Having said that.. maybe this would be a more suitable debut. Especially if we get off to a slow start and he has a positive influence when introduced, his impact would be highlighted even more so. Although it would be just typical if Capello brings him on in the 80th minute, smh.
  9. When the guy working at Mcdonalds gets depressed and starts questioning his real position in life, it interferes with his ability to ask 'would you like fries with that?' with a plastered on smile. So in order for society to function like a well oiled machine, the lowest cogs have been told that being unhappy is wrong. So it depends on who you ask, whether depression can be good or bad. Society will tell you it's bad, because society likes to manufacture worker bees, not realists, philosophers, artists or entrepreneurs. The rewards are not nearly as material or tangible when someone is depressed, compared to having a solid, happy, reliable if maybe a bit mindless, peasant.
  10. Ricky Gervais' new comedy 'Life's too short' starts tonight, BBC2 9:30!
  11. Great idea, offer a fringe player who can barely get into the squad double Luca Modric's wages. This is beyond baffling.
  12. He would be in the same position he is in now at Malaga (if they invest further in the squad), Real & Barca = United & City. Except Malaga/PSG will be able to pay him far more in wages. The current state of affairs must be concerning for him, apart from financial gain, there was no point in leaving Valencia.
  13. Real Madrid, PSG, Malaga.. who knows. He left Valencia to lift silverware and be successful. If he wants a bigger paycheck one of the above clubs will certainly offer more than he would receive here. Roman better dig deep in January/summer, or Mata’s tenure will replicate that of Robben.
  14. Slightly concerned about his long term future, he moved from Valencia to be 'successful'. If he wanted to be apart of a team that merely aimed for a CL spot, he would have remained at the Mestalla.
  15. Tbf, even their 2nd string team could be classified full strength, lmao.
