  1. There is an answer for that but there's too many youngsters present to post it.
  2. Our players are such bloody tarts. At least Anelka comes out of it looking better than Cole did. I guess they can't dig up this sort of stuff on Arsenal because their players aint old enough to know what its for yet and the Mancs.....well lets face it, theyre all ugly fuckers.
  3. Mate, sometimes it just isnt safe to allow kids to stay with their parents. As cruel as it is, Ive known babies to be removed at birth for periods of time if the mother's post natal mental health meant she had the potential to kill the child whilst not responsible for her actions - isnt that a good enough reason? And like Ive said before, the public can't and actually shouldn't be given any information around these cases due to confidentiality laws. And you can bet what you like, this money doesn't go on wages or there'd be a lot more people training to be social workers than there are.
  4. They can't tell you anything about the case due to the woman's right to confidentiality. And I can assure you any money for meeting targets certainly doesn't go on wages. Don't get me wrong, I haven't got a lot of time for Social Workers and I know there's been bad press from cases in the past but Im not sure the myth about them snatching children away without due cause is still the case. The thing is, a large part of their training and a government directive is that the child's wellbeing must take preference over the adult's and therefore, Social Workers are duty bound to scrutinise the child's care. Ive often thought the Social Workers in my team fuss too much about patient's kids but having said that, their onus is always on keeping the child with its parents.
  5. I can't decide whether I need an interpreter or valium to read his posts.
  6. All part of the job description I believe. He had his first session Thursday and says "it aint half hard work mum". LMAO
  7. Was reading this yesterday, still think the kitman shouldve shoved the shirt up Hunt's arse.
  8. Well didnt they say part of the problem before had been extra use with training and that? can't see how having a load of heavyweights digging their boots in will help.
  9. Its been an embarrassment over the years really so its all good now. Don't make much sense letting rugby players plough it up though, the groundsmen will have their work cut out again in the summer after that.
  10. Shame that, they both looked like they had such great potential.
  11. Oh that one, never even look at it when it comes tbh.
  12. Expensive, superficial, full of ads, up its own arse - and my boys still make me buy it.
  13. I'm as much a Gorbal's Girl as you are a Grant fanatic.
  14. No idea what you're talking about tbh. Anyway, back on topic..........you warming to this Grant bloke then?
  15. I'd put money on it being all over the papers the minute we lose though.
  16. Lot of bloody fuss over a 3 letter word if you ask me. CM's as entitled to his opinion as everyone else on here, thats what forums are for aint it? We could all jump on Cracker for being too PC but as its already been said, on the whole we accept that some of our views are going to differ and we live with it. That's why the forum works imo although Im sure the new arrival might disagree.
