I never understood the link to BVB. KDB doesnt press and might be worse than Mata defensively. I dont see how he would fit in or excel at BVB..... The korean that was suppose to go to BVB runs like Park Ji Sung did for Man United with a wicked shot. I always thought the perfect team for him was Liverpool.

It's funny that Mata was invisible and Drogba fouled for both penalties... Funny how Drogba was behind the ball most of the game. I was one of them! I really hated Mourinho real team... With the players they had at their disposal, they had so much potential to play good football all the time. Regarding Liverpool, first few games, they won like 1-0, but had most of the possession from what I remembered and a ton of shots on goal... They abandon the pressing cause they dont have players that can press. Gerrard is on his last legs, Lucas is a shell of his former self.. Allen, I havent seen much in the Red... Countinho is a tweener. Danny is lazy. Suarez runs around for 93 mins a game...

In conclusion, you cant expect a defensive minded coach to all of a sudden play attractive football.. Capello and Mourinho are very similar to me. Tactically sound and would rather win 1-0, than 5-3. Both do not play attractive football, but both get good results...

Chelsea +Mourunho football has always been boring to me. I said this last year as well, that I was never a fan of Mourinho first run team. (I personally wanted Landrup to come to Chelsea).... Chelsea never played with an offensive system to me. (Or i guess lofting balls up to drogba and giving Lampard the green light to shoot all of Drogba dropoffs is a system).

If 1-2 make it, I would consider it a success.. A lot of people keep mentioning Barca, but it wasnt barca that brought the kids from the youth level. It was Pep. Just like Pep is doing with Green, weiser at Bayern Munich, with an even more stack team than his barca team. Right now, their rumors of Montoya leaving, Thiago at bayern, Cuence is at ajax, rafinha is at celta, Defalou is at everton, and Tello doesnt even get game time anymore.... Barca were lucky that they had a certain Brazilian carrying the team of those years and allowing their young kids the opportunity to grow up..

You dont even watch City games... negredo started 4 games and Navas gets pt cus Silva out... Its 4-4-2. Last season, Tevez was their cam in 4-2-3-1. If anyone is their cam with silva out, its Nasri. How is Lampard a shield, when he roams forward most of the game, takes 4-6 shots a game, is ahead of most of the team including our CF a good portion of the game, is in the box most of the game..

Mata was a winger/striker since his youth days in Spain... However, he is a tad slow to be effective sometimes.. Also, its not my idea that Willian is backup cam, but Mourinho seems to prefer Willian as backup cam, moreso than KDB and Mata.

I thought Oscar played well in the first half... Set up plays. Came back for the ball and passed the ball fast. He probably should of done better with his shot in the beginning of the game, but overall I thought he played well.

Negredo started 4 games....... it's usually Silva-Fernandinho-yaya-nasri with aguero -dzeko/negredo. They play 4-4-2. Last season, Tevez played as their 10 and Aguero up top. We play with Lampard and Oscar attacking through the mid with Rambo essentially as the shield.

He'll make it at Chelsea.... He has good mentality and work rate. Two aspects Jose loves. I cant say much about the others, but I fully expect ake to make it in the long run.

Hazard pressing well these days.... Offense has always been there in most aspects, but his defense/effort has impressed me a lot.

Willian and Oscar tend to get sloppy a lot... However, they do press the most out of everyone save Rambo.. People keep talking about Oscar vs Mata, but the fact is Willian is the backup to Oscar for that role, rather than Mata.

Fernandinho never in attack for City. Which is why people in England are calling him a flop.. Also, City play 4-4-2, not 4-2-3-1 this season.. Whenever, Lampard and Oscar play, it is essentially 4-3-3. Lampard is ahead of everyone on the field.

I thought Mikel and Ivan sucked.... However, I give him a pass due to fatigue and playing rb instead of CB.... Dont know why he doesnt get time as CB..

Demba Ba prob holds the ball the best out of all the Cfs, im kind of surprised he doesnt get more game time.... (maybe he plays lazy).

Sorry brah. Chelsea may be 4-2-3-1 on paper, but most of the time the formation is 4-3-3. Especially, when OScar and Lampard play together, which is like 90 percent of this season.. THe ams arent adjacent to each other, Oscar has to retrieve the ball most of the time he plays.. A true 4-2-3-1 is not Chelsea.
