the truth, he is and probably always be very defensive minded coach tonight we see this team is actually have decent potential to be attacking team, controlled the game, to push opposition team, being proactive even against big team and top player not just forcing opposition team to make mistake and too much relied on flash counter attack sometimes i think, mourinho little bit wasting our potensial attacking quality by making this team too much conservative and defensive team in so many games against top team, mostly when we not play at home Is all because mourinho philosophy, but when he forced to change his approach like this game, the team itself show when the mentality is there , the team have some capabilities and potential to play more proactive football

i'am actually fine with his player selection against CP, maybe that is almost the best line up but Mourinho hardly to make progress in the game when we just cant counter attack the opposition when the oppositon waiting and allowed us to had more ball / possesion, to iniate the attack. Almost nothing improvement in such aspect like attacking player movement, the combination play, intelligent decision making in final third And he seem doesnt realise it yet, what make us often struggling to CREATE chance against small pub team, there is more than just lacking motivation
-
yes, the match performance is very disapointing but what make it worse for me, is what mourinho said at post match interview he just said teams ONLY didnt have spirit, this is very very disapointing because this indicated he BLIND WHAT HE MISSING from his team theres isnt coincidence, why our team struggling over and over against small pub team he still didnt realise, there is something more to be concern and improve than just our spirit and he even mention our ONLY single chance in 1st half by saying " yeah the match is hard, but we have some good chance ... in first half we didnt take" really ?
-
sometimes i think the problem is because mourinho is too conservative and when we do that, thats the time our team play very average yes, our midfielder is still poor but mourinho still struggle to make some constant progress to improve how to make our 3 amigos play better just reliant to individual brilliance, sometimes to play combination play our attacking player even looks clueless, the only player not look hopeless to being a threat is only hazard why willian, alwasy cut inside, almost every game i see that, ffs this is willian stupidity or mou instruction , if yes mourinho just weird make it even worse, our fullback barely making overlap, and about azpilicueta by keep playing him on the left side, is just waste his attacking support
-
i really worry, if mourinho didnt work hard to improve our combination play we are often so poor in that aspect when we didnt have chance to make fast counter attack, we struggled and crazy reliant to hazard to make something out from nothing
-
but, beside that this game is show mourinho liability some people say pellegrini responed and learn our strategy so pellegrini, choose to keep the defensive line stay deep that is the way to make mourinho team having problem and with burn out player, just make it more horrible to watch mourinho should fix this, we believe and trust him because beside he can install winning mentality to team he manages but also he bring exciting and promising system, but just only in first season, his 'system' already noticable for opponent to find the solution and combine with his player not having fresh leg, what we will see just pathetic display
-
dont forget wallace and kallas too but to realistic, thats make me actually sad, because probably from that many exciting young player just only few of them (beside courtois and lukaku) can possibly break up to the first team in 2-3 years

This is must read ! goodbye letter from Juan Mata Juan Mata - Hi everyone, As you can imagine this is a very important day in my life, and with these lines I would like to express the memories and emotions that come to me as I write. This letter is written from my heart, and first of all I would like to say that I will never forget all the affection given to me by the Chelsea fans From the very first day until the last. With your support and affection I have grown up as a player and I have had an amazing time both on and off the pitch. I will always feel the gratitude towards you. Always. No words are enough to give back all the things I have received. There has been plenty of good moments: the FA Cup, my first trophy as a Blue; the immense happiness of winning titles for the first time in the club's history, such as that magical Champions League night in Munich and the Europa League... On the other hand, I have experienced some complicated situations from a personal point of view, mainly during the last six months. Every message I got through the social media, every nice word you have said to me on the street, and of course, your support in the stadium, has made me feel incredibly proud of the Chelsea fans; you deserve a team like the one you've got, with so many fantastic players. I won't forget the faith you put in me when I was given the player of the year award the last two seasons. I feel really proud and I will never forget those nights. Thank you so much for the way you have treated me, you have been unbelievable. I hope you understand that after going through a complicated and, for me, new situation in the last few months, I believe this is the best choice in order to carry on with my football career and to keep enjoying this sport. Before last summer, my intention was to stay here for a long time; as long as the club wanted me to, and to keep winning trophies for Chelsea FC. This is how happy I was in the club and in the city. However, as you all know, things changed after the preseason. From feeling like an important player, I started to experience some difficult situations and I felt unable to help the team to the extent that I wanted and was used to. Obviously, I fully respect the circumstances. Football is a team sport and it's not easy to play regularly in such a good squad. In sports you may win or lose, but the most important thing is to give everything. I hope you know and feel that I have always done so. In every game, in every training session, without exception. I have always tried my best for the club. I would like to emphasise the affection, admiration and respect that I've had for my former team mates since the first day. I want to thank the captains for their help and understanding at all times. They made me feel comfortable when I arrived and they have supported me throughout the difficult times this season. I thank all my former team mates for these two and a half years and I wish them the best, personally and professionally, for the future. Of course I have been closer to some of them, but the most important thing is that my years in Chelsea have left me with great friends. Friends forever, football rivalries aside. I also want to highlight the day-to-day job of every member of the Chelsea staff: medical team, kit men, staff at Cobham and Stamford Bridge, media and marketing department, Chelsea TV team... All of them are very important in making this club a great one. Thank you for your treatment and your efforts to make the life of the players easier. Furthermore, thanks to every manager I have had the pleasure to work with during my time here. They have all been a big help for my progression as a player. I have always respected their decisions, whatever they were; they made me more mature and a stronger person. You learn from everything, and certain situations make you think about other team mates who are coping with similar situations more regularly. Thank you Andre for giving me the opportunity to join Chelsea FC. Without your support, none of this would have happened. To Robbie and Rafa, for their unlimited trust in me. And to Jose, for making me a stronger player, because in difficult moments, I have learnt to remain positive and to keep working hard. Lastly, I want to thank the Club, and in particular its owner, Roman Abramovich, for trusting me and making an important investment when signing me. Also for their understanding regarding my situation over the last months. I'm very glad to have been part of the squad that made his and our dream come true: winning the Champions League on that unforgettable night in Munich. Additionally, my years in Chelsea have been profitable for the club, which I'm very pleased about. I want to make clear that the stage that now comes to an end has been extremely important for me, personally and professionally. Although many of you, like myself, never thought this moment would come, this is football and a new chapter is about to begin. I would have liked to say good bye to all of you in the stadium, or in a press conference, but it has not been possible. I'm sure, i will be able to do it in the future, because is what you deserve. Evidently, today is a day of mixed feelings, remembering the past and looking forward to the future and what it has to bring. I look forward to being happy and to enjoy what I like the most: play football. I will never forget my time in Chelsea and the affection I take with me, I will keep forever. I wish you the best. A big hug to all of you. THANK YOU so much, Juan Mata

-
i hope its mean, mou want strengthening another position, hopefully is quality central midfielder
-
is all happen by mourinho decision, and he just said this 'I can make mistakes, I can be unfair, for sure I am and for sure I do that, but I always give a lot of thought to my decisions,' - Mourinho yes, i know you have become very reputable manager in europe, high experience, understand a lot of thing, but please change mourinho, change how you set up the team, it isnt working well which many of his decison should be change to improve the team mourinho team selection and how the team approached the game, i didnt like lamps playing regular fullback doesnt bombing forward anymore and didnt provide proper width when we attacking the slow build up, no penetration, slow passing from central midfield im actually afraid if he still continue what he currently do how he can be happy just because we have some clear cut chance but actually the team show piss poor performance
-
so the conclusion, The problem is mourinho, sad but truth after played more than 10 games, we saw the that proof he really isnt suited to our squad, failed to make our brilliant talent get development, except oscar mou failed to make our amigos perform better than previous season

^ in that article, i like this I seriously believe that the fact that Cole has stopped overlapping (he used to be tremendous in it!) and that Ivanovic has been used instead of Azpi (/instructed to not do it) is a main reason behind our very apparent difficulty in breaking down shit teams. People might say "we have tiny players, we wont score off crosses" but that's misguided for two reasons: cutbacks work for small players too and especially because they are often on the ground and for unmarked players arriving late in the box. Cases in point: Manchester city has two tiny forwards and David Silva who killed it off cutbacks this week. Cazorla picked up a cutback/cross in the Arsenal game, and Ramsey does it every week. There are many other examples. playing to the overlapping fullback doesnt have to result in a cutback or a cross - its benefit is opening up the field of play and forcing some of the defenders to rush out to mark the wingback. this usually opens up space for the runs and could even result in a passing sequence/disarray which results in goals.about width, its really makes me wonder, why mourinho does that ? make our fullback too static and shit, are mourinho teams too vulnerable ? so to make the team balance is making our fullback cannot going forward anymore

about cm, i still really not like what mourinho does with Lampard he become our first selection, he really play regularly, week in week out im still fine, even aging player not supposed to become first choice (he play almost every game) but playing him in pivot make him average player in so many games and really effect to the team i think the possiblity, give time to making oscar learn to play in the pivot is worth to try than giving time for making mata as winger, and playing lampard there again and again
