I dont think everyone on the board should be sacked or is at fault. I'll just quote what i think the actions of the board are and where things went wrong. He is not even as good as rdm at the end of the day, so they should admit they are wrong and fix this problem before it gets worse. Maybe sacking the person in charge of putting us in the season with this small squad should be used as a scape goat to get them serious and focused to avoid such terrible mistakes ever.

I keep on saying this, mikel in nigeria and mikel in chelsea are two different players. He shows half of his worth to chelsea, frustrating. Mikel in nigeria is a very accurate over the head passer of the ball. Mikel in chelsea is a pass to the fullbacks professional dm. That is all.

Possesion game or counter attacking.(Jose used pressing and counterattacking with long balls) right now we play like this today, like that tomorrow we looked confused all over. Sticking to one gameplay will solve this. 2. We need the right players for each style. For possesion game, we are missing the most important piece which is a regista. For a counter attack system, we need proper goalscoring wingers or assist making wingers if we are playing with that identity. 3. Rafa is terrible with his subs. I don't know if the pressure from the fans is making him think like a fish. 4. The day ray wilkins left chelsea was the begining of our freefall in the league competition. I think the players need a strong motivator like that. 5. The board planned for the future and forgot about now, loaning players to develop all over and didn't look at our tiny squad right now. Their style of buying young talents to develop into stars is wise but they need years(2-3) to improve to chelsea level. The only chelsea level loanie is courtois and kevin de bruyne. 6. The atmosphere in the bridge doesn't help our situation but it can't be stopped. Its frustrating the way we play sometimes and we all already hate rafa. Boards mistake not to recognize that.

How did we become so much dependent on one player Our starting line up yesterday only lampard and mata are recognized goal threats. The rest miss chances and we suffer from this, the importance of a goal scorer is so massive.

The board were used to buying anyone to solve their problems. With FFP, that has changed now so i think they came up with a plan to buy a lot of young players with great potential, loan them to various clubs for experience and get them back when they become big players we usually spend cash on. The problem is that they forgot about our small squad right now, and were too busy trying to balance the books on FFP. When they realised almost all of the on loan players are not chelsea quality yet and that it will take time we were already in the mess. They now tried another drastic decision by hiring a new manager to spark a season revival. But their choice was a horribly woeful one, someone that is hated by the fans It has never worked, just ask alex mcleish of astonvilla and gary megson of bolton, they felt the full effect of this. I just hope something can be done, before we go even lower than this.
