Yes, I'm glad pple notice it too. Fabregas, oscar and (mata or silva or iniesta or ozil) are different type of attacking midfielders
-
I know messi is faster but he is tackled more and still stays on his feet (people applaud him for not falling down) iniesta and hazard can hardly stay on their feet if you compare to messi.
-
Expect the usual, we get lots of chances, fuck them up the arsenal get one and score, benitez makes his first substitution at the 90th minute. 1/4 of chelsea fans blame other fans for booing, 1/4 of fans blame players for not showing up, 2/4 of fans blame benitez for fucking up with subs. Normal everyday drama at chelsea
-
Oscar is more like fabregas, he has a high variety of passing but he prefers to pass and remain in the same position which is different from mata who runs into space after making every pass. This is why oscar looks static sometimes, but if mata wasn't playing at the same time as him, he might move around more. He has the ability to play in the pivot too, but he will take time to adapt his (positioning, strength, tackling) in the pivot.
-
If he develops his body balance to be stronger on the ball, he would be even more deadly. Watch messi, and compare with iniesta. Iniesta is also a good dribbler like hazard but falls with any slight contact and it reduces the amount of pple he can dribble. But messi's strength takes him the extra people to dribble.

Very true about the thin bench, bt benitez made one bad mistake of removing lampard for torres when we needed a goal. The rest of the blame was on the players, mata, oscar, azpi, a cole, torres and cahil all had bad games. The players missed chances to kill off the game, we had chances to score so rafa's tactics were not bad. And he didn't have any reasonable player to add on to give a goal since we have the worst attackin bench in the top four.
-
Please rafa must play iva in the centre. He is the first choice CB. Cahill was terrible in positioning. Ashley cole must put a better defensive peformance than yesterday. Mata please turn up against arsenal please. Rafa no torres you Qpr had 2 chances score 1 and we miss our many chances. Swansea didn't even have a sniff, we miss our many chances and then give them 2 free goals. Southampton get 3 shots score 2, and we get 20 shots score 2. Please we need to take our chances at home, its getting ridiculous Our players need to forget the atmosphere (as difficult as it is) and play for pride of the badge.

We started booing from day one bcos it was a chance to get on benitez back. I supported it before, bcos I don't like benitez myself. But now it is obviously affecting the team, I don't want it again. We have new 20-22 year olds(azpi, hazard, oscar, romeu) who hav never been exposed to hostile atmosphere. And spanish players on the team (mata, azpi, torres) hearing their fellow countryman receive insults from people they play for. The booing has a massive impact, even ronaldo made a plea to their fans . "I have to ask that they stop this now," Ronaldo told reporters after their 5-2 aggregate victory set up a Cup quarter-final with Valencia. "The boss is going to stay, we still have a lot we can win this year. He is in charge and he takes the decisions, the fans and the players should help him. "People have shown they are unhappy but that's enough now. They have to get behind the boss and the team. It affects the players out on the pitch. If we win the Cup and the Champions League it will have been a good year." It is a fact. We all hate rafa, everyone knows. Let's just let the team win, and insult rafa at the end. Please!!

Yep, we voice our opinion we lose, voice them again we lose, voice them again we draw. How about swallowing that pride for the love for our own club and see if they can play with better morale and win. Arsenal derby comin up at the bridge, I'm sure walcot and co will feel more at home than our own players. Glad to see our "opinions" at work
-
If you think the atmosphere at the bridge today was okay, then you must have been watching another game. Anyone that keeps saying the boos are not PART OF the cause for our players (especially mata's) drop in peformance at the bridge then they must be naïve. Let's keep booing, insulting the coach or preserve the hostile atmosphere and keep loosing. I'm sure that's more important than chelsea winning these days
-
Mata has a terrible game we never win. We look on the bench and we have a fantastic marin and torres as attackers to replace him We need isco now.
-
Welcome to stamford bridge, where we boo our own team

One word... "C*nt"

Stadium is as quiet as a movie theatre We hav 20shots, score 2. Southampton hav 3 shots, score 2 We need a goal, "takes lampard off, brings torres in" Torres looses possesion 9times with 13touches, misses a golden chance

I'm not so annoyed, I love mourinho over pep anyday. But we've practically bought (hazard, mata, oscar, mikel and isco coming) preparing our squad to look like (messi, iniesta, xavi, busquets and fabregas) maybe planing for pep to groom our younger players into their full potential. So what if mourinho wants more physical players? He could bench almost all of them and buy his own type of players... I'm afraid of this...

JT is legend, from our academy and is breathing chelsea and bleeding blue. JT is the casillas of chelsea, in no way is JT going when he is still a very capable defender. Are u really okay with JT leaving?? This is just like a movie to me
-
It will be a big loss in my opinion. He is still better than any cm we have, his spirit is immense. And I don't think he will complain being on the bench and coming in when we need him. He is like a leader to the players and he will be perfect in helping the young players with our culture and winning mentality. We need a DLP and I am 100% in support of that, but with lampards presence it will do us more favours than harm. The problem is that no club will pay 140k for a 34yr old player, especially with FFP and telling lamps to reduce it to 100k or less would be a massive loss to lamps.(Lamps might think about it, but His agent won't allow that) so the board is willing to let him go but I'm afraid it might backfire like it happened to acmilan in pirlo's case.
-
What? Now u want JT out too? Where u drunk when u wrote that??

Lampard is a cm and they last long in that role, even up to 38years.(Proof, scholes) His influence is still there with a die hard mentality befitting of a chelsea legend. Even though manchester city have a better squad than manunited last season, they were equal on points with manutd. This is down to the winning mentality manutd hav, they don't give up till the last second. We need lamps and john for this mentality. Our first team were on par with manutd last season(they didn't have van persie and vidic injured and we had drogba, a better back four, cech and better startin 11 than manutd) but our mentallity is what seperated us from being close to manutd last season in the league. (injuries to lamps and terry first half of last season included) Looking at our younger players, the feeling of being okay not contending for the title is felt. Like lamps said, "we hav been competing for years and comin second was a disapointment." Our younger players don't have half of lampards mental strength which is vital for a season long run of tough games. Talent can only get u to a level, but mental strength is as important. We need lamps for another year (even as a substitute player) to build this mentallity into the rest of the younger ones so that we can begin to compete again for the league. Letting him go will be a huge loss, when he can only add more to the team.
