Exactly. A small tactical decision like that could have helped us clinch the win. But he's being too naive. We have been dominated for a whole 45mins in the 2nd half in every match we've played this season except against Norwich. That is a big problem and Lamps has refused to make a tweak to address this. I don't want to believe he's too stubborn to notice this, but it's beginning to bug me. Why must we have a second half collapse every single match? Are the players just getting tired by halftime or is the opposition manager figuring out our tactics by halftime every game?

He was misplacing passes left right and centre. Thank goodness he made the right decision there. I hope Lamps points out to him to look up when he's on the ball like all top midfielders do, that alone can improve his game massively imo

He was average at best. He has no left foot and cannot run with the ball without looking down at the ground all the time. This makes him miss loads of chances to make the correct passing option and take too many touches of the ball before he releases it.

Let him start playing preferably after the international break. We wouldn't want him to have any injury scare again. We have many wingers to play till he returns fully

He was so slow to see runners and give a lot of late passes when he should have been quicker. He takes too long to control the ball and doesn't look up for the next options before receiving the pass (Something all top midfielders do). But at the same time he was central to our attack as he had a lot of touches of the ball in the first half. Immediately he went off, we forgot how to attack. He's a dilemma

After looking at our preseason games and now Manutd game, we have a lack of finishers in our attack. Batshuayi is our best finisher and should be starting every game. If we managed to score one of our many chances in the first half, we wouldn't have lost that way. Goals change games, forget about the tippy tappy football, we need our best finisher upfront from now on.
