The thing about coutinho is he sometimes tries too much. He can be annoying when he tries his difficult through balls passing and it gets intercepted too much. But he's gotten better in his dribbling, and his long range shooting has now gotten better than Oscar. Because of his silky nature, when kompany and fernadinho tried to collect the ball from him, he dribbles them easily and doesn't lose the ball as oscar would in that kind of situation. He has natural offensive abilities he can depend on while oscar has natural defensive abilities.

If his touch and movement on the ball was easy on the eyes or if he could dribble I don't think people would complain about him. Apart from this he doesn't have talent to create chances so his overall ability is limited. I wish his long range shooting was better, He doesn't have a nice set of attacking ability he can depend on when he's playing bad.
