We did good, but we cant miss so many chances. We must be more effective or else we might end up losing in a bitter 1-0 to a worse Southamptom... The team as a whole worked well. Torres, Hazard, Mikel and Dave were all my MOTM in the first half, in both ends of the pitch. The problem is that we are way too eager to score and keep choosing the wrong plays in the final third. Gotta concentrate and be more clinical! Mata was way off his game though, I'd put Willian on to give us more width and speed to attack the flanks.

Actually, only if the wind was slower we would be drawing 2-2. Basic physics...And Cech doesnt try to save those impossible balls because it is best to maintain composure abd try to protect the next play than to give a goal on the rebound. Now, what he did very wrong on this specifc play was to make one more step than normal towards his right side, which made the dive for the top left corner impossible for him to do! Cech is one of the best GKs in the world (although he has been out of form recently). It is not a teenager (who has never played in the position in his entrie life) over the internet thar will tell him when he has to dive or not...
