Makes a lot of sense, really liked it! Lampard in Oscar position, Romeu in Mikel's, and we need a class CM (ala old Bison) to be the starting in Ramires position...
-
OK! Trully belive in you, I was talking generaly, a lot of Chelsea Fans hope he fails...
-
Real support is believing in the player. Not chanting only when he scores. Not crying for Falcao in every bad game he has. Whenever he touches the ball, you can feel the insecurity in fans (deeply, they dont belive in his success). THAT AINT REAL SUPPORT! To be honest I never liked him and was totally against his move, but once he became a Chelsea player, he automaticaly had my full support, I always expect big things for him. It is true he is disapointing all of us, but it is not time to give up and plea for a Savior.

Relax people! Torres needs support right now, you are expecting too much from a player that didnt do anything for 18 months. You all blink and he starts to score 1-2 goals a game? Btw, stop comparring Falcao to Nando, we all know the difference...Start giving some REAL SUPPORT!!!

Cech is having a great game...

I actualy got the Champions of Europe 12

Guys, I will ask a stupid question, dont kill me.I live far from London, so I really dont know how big our fan base is.... A 68k stadium would be full for every game (even League Cup)? EDIT: It would provide £20-25m more each year.

I dont think clubs should be loosing that much money, but FFP only benefits the big clubs (Manurd, Arsenal, Bayern, RM and Barca). It is absurd, how a small club can win the EPL without investing big?? For instance, you own a company of taxi. How do you grow to have more revenue? You have to invest in taxis, drivers, etc. You clearly wont brake even, and it will take some time until your revenue is big enough to pay the drivers wages and taxis expenses.... FFP needs some serious changes, but the main idea is great!

I was totally messing around, you saw how Neymar sucked?

This is a very, very good discussion. In my school (USP), there is a Masters Thesis about the systems. I read it once, it was marvelous!!! (and very long)

It just doesnt matter! In USA , the professional institutions dont take part in the development of their young players, so the Universities decided to do that job. In this system, The study and sport become unified, they are altogether in the same enviroment. Afterwords it became immensely lucrative and corrupt, but that is a whole other discussion... In Europe, SA and Asia; the professional sport institution that provides the development of young players. They usually live in their facilities, have to maintain good grades (sometimes have to go to specific schools that are partners with the clubs), have to visit their families regularly, etc. The two systems exist because of ONE huge difference. In American Sports, the players can not choose the teams they go. That is why there are drafts, the teams choose the players and they simply accept it (of course there are rules and exceptions). They dont have fees, their trade and signing rules are more restrict (one of the main reasons they dont have gigantic debts) and the players dont have much option, although the players that are chosen first have guaranteed the highest wages. In the Rest of the World, the players are like material/possession of the clubs, they have to buy it from one another. This makes it impossible to have drafts for a 20-23 year old player (imagine Chelsea, ManCity and RM battling for Luck or RG3). It wouldnt work, so instead to let Universities take the risk to accept possible future stars, the clubs do it. It makes the fight for players less intense, since they are gambling with youngsters. With that scenario in mind, it makes sense why European Clubs have youth teams and USA Franchises draft from Universities. At a very, very superficial look, makes no difference, players in both systems are well involved with sports, socail and academic responsabilities.

Rooney and RVP will play together, will Torres and Falcao play together? Manutd did not buy a sub, Buying Falcao would mean one wont play...not the same scenario.

Actually 5pm here, but great night mate!
-
Who are Spain playing?
-
Finished. Brazil 1 - 0 SA. Horrible game, not worth watching. Chelsea news: 1 - Luiz played badly, I`m worried.... 2 - Ramires played in midfield, did great, as well as Oscar. Not many chances for both of them though.
-
HE DID Yes, 5 coming through will be something pretty special, would be the best english club using young home grown talent.
-
Add McEachran. You are not beeing pssimist, its just how it is. Only a small percentage of youth players end up becoming good to great players....
-
HUUUUUULLK!!! Incredibly strong shot (as usual). Entered on 2nd half and is by far the best player on pitch. EDIT: Brazil 1-0 SA, 74th minute.
-
REALLY hope Lukaku has a super season!
-
MAAAN, David Luiz is impressive out of form. Hasnt recoverd from Super Cup
-
Brazil playing 4-3-2-1/4-3-3: Oscar-Romulo-Ramires in midfield (RDM should be seeing it). Neymar is worst than a standing cone (absolute shit today). 0-0.
-
Why? Is it his last game?
-
England 3-0. Game could end already...
-
The game is about to begin... BRAZIL: Diego Alves; Daniel Alves, Dedé, David Luiz (captain), Marcelo; Romulo, Ramires, Oscar, Lucas; Leandro Damião, Neymar. BAFANA BAFANA: Khune, Gaxa, Sangweni, Khumalo, Masenamela; Dikgacoi, Furman, Tshabalala, Serero; Ndlovu, Chabangu.
-
You think England is the only one? Brazil plays SA, China, Argentina (but only with players from Argentina League) and Japan. With all respect...
