Hopefully if the speculation is true Roman has given is blessing for 3 signings. We need a quality CM to play alongside Matic maybe Koke or Witsel. A left footed Winger/AM maybe Griezmann or Reus. Also Stones as mentioned as he will give us cover at both CB and RB.

We fully support the team and Ivanovic and I agree last year he was absolutely fantastic but up to now he has been so poor that benching him for a number of games will most likely be beneficial in waking him up and keeping him focused again. He has the talent but he needs to work hard and keep focused.. Also he looks like he has lost a huge amount of pace and acceleration which as a RB is key IMO. So unless he can improve this in training it may be ideal to have him as a backup CB or RB as the last option..

The biggest piece missing atm is finding the right CM to play alongside Matic now that Baba has signed. Two Matic's would be perfect one left footed and one right footed. Realistically Witsel could come at the right price and is young enough to improve his game under Jose's.

To be realistic and fair to Jose it is way too early to be calling for his head. However I am angry like many others here with Jose's actions and stubbornness over the last two weeks. I will say this though. If we do not fight closely for the title and we exit miserably in the CL while playing with exactly the same tactical approach and starting with the same XI with the likes Ivanovic, Ramires and Cesc as they consistently under perform than things could change. Many of his loyal followers may switch their way of thinking. Jose need to know benching underperforming players is a big part of sports psychology and beneficial as it keeps players hungry and focused. Also having a more progressive and wider tactical approach is how success should be achieved in modern football. I believe the days of turning football into a street dog fight is limited in the success it can bring for a large and modern football club.

Surprised at how strong he is for such a lanky tall lad but i'm sure he will fill out as he matures. Quite surprising to see a CB so comfortable with the ball and in possession even when under pressure. Need to see more of him to rate his heading and aerial ability though. If everything goes well than Stones and Zouma could become a formidable partnership once both players mature.

If this is true it would be a disgrace especially with the service & dedication our medical staff have shown. If they get dismissed it would definitely be a strong case for unfair dismissal which could become an ugly legal case that will tarnish our club's reputation. That video above is the killer evidence showing medical staff getting called on the pitch twice by the match referee. The ref and medical staff practising duty of care while Jose is having a childish fit on the sidelines and public sook afterwards hitting out at the innocent party.

So this sets a dangerous precedent for any future Chelsea first team medical staff during games. *If a Chelsea player is down or injured you must first seek approval from the first team manager before assisting the player even if the game referee is waving you on for medical assistance. *If you break this club policy you will be called out and shamed by the manager on live broadcast while also being demoted from your position and benched. This policy stands even if it is in breach of your medical code of conduct and thr extensive training you have undertaken. I respect Jose and our club but clear they have got this one completely wrong and it looks like the shit has hit the fan and may backfire on their faces.

Alex Ferguson was a kunt and blamed everyone to protect his team. Jose has huge admiration for Red nose. Overall sport has progressed with more respect and humility expect football. Football has the biggest egos, prima donnas , diving and drama queens in all of sports. It's all getting a bit too much really. The players and managers get a huge amount of ca$h and sometimes it feels like they don't give a fuck or operate within society's norms. In my job if I did to Eva what Jose did I know that definitely I would be reprimanded for shifting blame and responsibility for my own failings or inadequacies to a weaker party. Yet in this case it was turned the other way round. I respect Jose for what his has achieved for our club but this whole saga with our first team doctor has been gutter trash drama. Doctors are professionally trained to assist anyone in need of medical attention anywhere and at anytime. KTBFFH!

Do you think this is an error from the clubs preseason planning that we are few weeks behind in match fitness as it may most likely cost us points in the first few games or does it mean we will have more gas left the the final weeks of the season..

When selling our young players we should always try add an 10-20% fee of future transfers especially when they get on sold to our direct rivals like in this case.
