  1. I know. Sadly, Lamps does not see the bigger picture Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  2. Bring CHO or Kante in for Mount Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  3. There is a difference between making couple of mistakes and making many mistakes Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  4. That may be a fair point, but I think Lamps is just in love with Chilwell and Rice that he forgot that their are better options out there. It is not like we are linked with other CBs on a regular basis. Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  5. I do not want us to pay an insane amount of money for Rice to let him play as a CB for a project. What if he is not good enough? 15 matches or so do not give me enough evidence that he is worth that amount of money. I know that Skriniar is good enough as a CB because he has showed that last season with WC performances. We can buy Rice and sell Kante for no. 6 position, but Rice project as a CB is for that money too risky. Being a CB is not easy. You need to have a instinct of timing, body positioning and reading of the game. Guys like Rüdiger and David Luiz started playing CB when they were 16/17 years old and never developt those instincts. 6. Horrible if true. We are interested in Rice for CB, who played couple of games in that position, while Spurs are interested Skriniar, who is known to be a beast when he plays in a system with 4 at the back. Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  7. Arsenal fans claim that. That is why many of them want Martinez as their no. 1 Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  8. Doesn't he also make many mistakes? Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  9. And why are we not going for him? Less risk than Chilwell Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  10. In the last game, Antonio kicked our arse the most Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  11. The good thing is that we also have some English players and I am pretty sure Mount is worth 70 million Euros too [emoji23] Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  12. Snake changed Lollichon and Lollichon became a scout. Lollichon was Cechs GK coach Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  13. He seems to love Arsenal very much. I expect Leno maybe to leave Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  14. Romero is pretty bad Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  15. Lewis Bate is very similar to Kovacic with a little bit more of a goal threat. He will have it easier than Billy making it into the first team because he can play also the no. 8 role, while Billy cannot. Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  16. I would hate if we go for Rice as a CB. He is clearly not proven there. Far too much money to spend for a player that has almost never played that position Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  17. Does it matter if Chelsea rates someone or not? We did not rate KDB, who I thought back then will become the best midfielder in the world sooner or later and now he has become that. Chelsea did not rate him and sold him. Then, Chelsea should have signed him again, but chose not to and he went to City. Chelsea just had to bid for him. Manchester United made a mistake with Pogba and they accepted it and bought him back. They rated him highly enough to buy him back for 100 mio. KDB is way better than Pogba and he cost less than him. Salah similar case. Played 500 PL minutes and was sent on loan and sold for good later on. Chelsea did not rate him and now look what he has become. Klopp saw his potential and boom. Rest is history. I am not saying Ake is Ricardo Carvahlo level or something, but Chelsea fucked up so many things that I do not rate their eye of talent judgment. Whoever did not see KDBs talent is an idiot. But Chelsea did rate Willian highly and all the coaches loved him from the beginning. Marina blocked his Barcelona move lol. That is how much Chelsea rates him. 60 million pounds. If it was me, I would have accepted that big asap. And you would have probably blocked Ricardo Carvalhos move to Chelsea because he is the same height as Ake. Carvalho was one of the best CBs I have seen my whole life. He had insane football IQ Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  18. Only Milenkovic and Konate. I do not think that Milenkovic is ready yet, because in his last match, he seemed clueless what to do. Based on his performance against Rom, I did even though what position he was playing. Sometimes DM, sometimes LB, sometimes LCB, RCB etc. Konate was injured most of the season and only played 8 matches in Buli. So who knows how good he is right now Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  19. You think that prime Ricardo Carvalho is also too short for our style of play? At the end, it is the defending skills that matter the most. Yesterday, I watched Brentford vs Swansea and Guehi, who is 182 cm, won aerial duels against the 194 cm tall CB of Brentford in set pieces. How? Guehi's timing and body positioning in aerial duels were the reasons why he can do such things. Ake has brilliant football IQ and can play three positions. DM, CB and LB. Why can he play so many positions? Because of his football IQ and his technical abilities, he can play many different positions and Ake is the perfect player for every squad. There are not many players out there that are this versatile Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  20. https://www.sueddeutsche.de/sport/cas-urteil-manchester-city-financial-fair-play-uefa-1.4983035 Sadly, I have got it from a German source. After making some research https://www.theguardian.com/football/2020/jul/28/uefa-claim-against-manchester-city-over-sponsor-money-time-barred-cas-rules?CMP=Share_iOSApp_Other I think this article says the same thing. City chose 2 of the 3 judges. One chosen judge's name was Rui Santos and the other was McDougall Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  21. Ricardo Carvalho was also the same size as Ake. He still was one of the best CBs I have seen. His football IQ was above Terry's and that is why despite lack of height and physicality, he made it easily in PL and he made Chelsea into a wall. People only talk about Terry, but forget the mastermind Carvalho was. The positioning, how to put the body towards opponents to win tackles, when to jump and when to throw yourself into a tackle, how to block tackles etc. He belonged to the old school defenders that had football IQ. These days it is all about physicality or technique, but the defending skills are forgotten. Ake has an amazing football lQ and he would easily be better that Tomori, AC and Rüdiger. Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  22. Yes, and we should have never sold him Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  23. So new information came out about City CAS situation. So City chose 2 out of 3 judges. One of them used to work in Abu Dhabi from 2016 to 2018 and had City as one of his clients. At the end, two judges were in favour of City and one, the judge that was not chosen by City, was against City. So basically, the system is garbage Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  24. CBs with great football IQ are hard to find and his technical abilities are also great. We should have never sold him. He can play CB, LB and DM. Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
  25. He should have been a Chelsea player [emoji24] Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk
