Nice to see people calming down after yesterday's defeat and see that Sarri is doing pretty well with what he has. I am convinced that he can make Chelsea a real force to be reckoned with. Maybe we will be the source of jokes this season, as was the case with Liverpool in Klopps first season and City in Peps first season.

One goal is bad from us, I still feel like Emerson was fouled. The other is a wondergoal from Salah that no one can do anything about. Then Hazard had two great chances and Willian had one in the first half. Lets not go on full blast after this match. Liverpool is a great team in a good moment right now. The performance wasn't as bad as the posts make it out to be. I am still on Sarri's team.

One thing we might be forgetting is how gritty and unforgiving Christensen was to the players he was marking in this game. Hounded them and made some good moves, tackles, runs and passes. Obviously taking in how to be more physical as a CB (watching Rudiger?).

I don't remember it ever happening tbh since I started watching pretty much every Chelsea game, but I might be mistaken. in 2016 in the last game of the season against Leicester there was Loftus-Cheek, Tomori and Abraham on the field, also Bertrand Traoré, if he counts. Guess I was mistaken.

Sarri did put CHO on in the Everton game. So it seems that he is coming around.

People seem to forget that Pulisic was one of the hottest prospects in the game just shy of a year ago. If we had signed him last summer everyone would have gone crazy saying he is the next Hazard and such. No, just because Sancho hit the ground running somehow people think Pulisic has lost all talent. He is our player now, like it or not. We have to give him a chance to impress like everyone else gets. He hasn't even put on a blue shirt yet!!! Somehow I think the poor current form of the team is to blame for the negativity on a player that we haven't even seen playing in our team!

One thing that is encouraging about him is that he seems to be pretty good at penalties. I know Sigurdssons went in but Kepa was so close!

He was very promising indeed, but injuries have ruined the last years for him. Think he wouldn't look so out of place in our team at the moment.
