  1. 6 or 7 years a bit optimistic, but he should be around for a while. If hes going to fuck off to Spain or whatever, probably be sooner than later and this Summer. Bolton asking the 'Chelsea price' for Anelka is no surprise. I hope this new Serbian isn't a liability ala Boulahrouz with regard to giving away free kicks, penalties. Looks like he takes no prisoners.
  2. Rafa moaning about 'its clubs that spend the money that win the titles' Players not signed by Cardinal Ximnez: Finnan, Carragher, Gerrard, Riise, Kewell Players signed by Cardinal Ximinez: Reina, Arbeloa, Aurélio, Alonso, Mascherano, Crouch, Pennant, Kuyt, Benayoun, Torres, Itandje All 'final pieces of the jigsaw'.
  3. Not sure he is worthy of any credit for the results tbh. As far as I can see, he is an all ears and shifty eyed MP3 player between the stereo speakers of Clarke and Ten Coats. He pulled the wool over Abramovichs eyes, and the results, - win, lose or draw are despite him in my opinion. His input is negligible at best and highlty irrelevant to performance. What he has done, is create a void, -a vacuum that should be filled witha competent experienced coach.
  4. Thaksin Sinatra, or whatever the Thai crook is called, has promised Sven another wad to wave. Viva La Rafalution
  5. Having to backtrack on their 'super stadium', and having to face the reality of never to win the league, you'd think some of their fans would turn on Rafa. Those who protested at Gillets and Hicks talk of removing him , you'd think they'd change their minds. But no, all is ok in Deludedpool.
  6. Funny to think along with Fulham, they used to be serious rivals. In the Rodney Marsh, Stan Bowles era, often seen as slightly shading us. They also beat us 6-0 in dark days of 1986. Can only see this going one way now, after we have our usual slow start to the match, of course.
  7. Too right, not exactly shy in the tackle, and looks like he enjoys going forward as well
  8. More stuff about Sunderland wanting him -but only on a loan basis. It'd become permanent methinks, and we can do better. Ben haim, Sidwell and Pizzaro -Poor to average signings just because they were free ? Stupid, when Abramovich has fouteen thousand million squid. From -Vital Football Premiership strugglers Sunderland have expressed an interest in taking Chelsea's Steve Sidwell on loan. The former Reading midfielder has very much been a peripheral figure at Stamford Bridge since joining in the summer, although he did start yesterday's game against Fulham. Black Cats boss Roy Keane is desperate to add experienced players to bolster Sunderland's midfield for the battle against relegation, but Chelsea are reluctant to let Sidwell go because of the African Cup of Nations, which will rule fellow Blues midfielders Obi and Essien out of action.
  9. Grant can buy him then they can both fuck off, Grant putting out cones for him to run round.
  10. Good acquisition if it goes through, can play anywhere in defence type of player http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uqxZBQM4XkQ Shut the door on the way out Haim
  11. Cant see Liverpool being title challengers for a long time. Old Trafford. "That was the quietest I have heard the crowd, it was like a funeral," said Sir Alex Ferguson. Well maybe they were being quiet for Phil O'Donnell. What an insensitive drunken redfaced git. ..or maybe theres a larger prawn sarnie brigade at Old Trafford than anywhere else ?
  12. I stand corrected, you're right, tends to get forward a long way , as did Glen Johnson. Respect to the Indonesia Chelsea crew.
  13. Lol true. He seems like one of those instinctive players that knows where the ball will drop, ala Nistlerooy, and can see him linking nicely with Joe Cole, Shevchenko. Would definitely score a few, and even if he was a flop, a good reason to piss the yids off.
  14. Lol! badboy. Wind up maestro. Ballack did show the German World Champion ability for which he was bought, and has to be preferential for the taking of set pieces. Cant understand why Belletti getting slated, he gives 100% and has been a top buy. Hilario was on form as well.
  15. Bloke shouldn't be in the job and is winging it. We have a chance of the title, with or without Grant. Abramovich needs to open his wallet this month, and buy Berbatov, Anelka and a quality defender. And Ronaldhino while we're at it.
  16. Ok, so he made some grunting noises, cant see the miserable fucker being inspirational somehow.
  17. Terry Venables. Ex- Chelsea legend, out of a job atm, tactically aware.
  18. Pacey but a bit erratic form wise...-and its Tribal football
  19. Grant has ran a line to the tabloids how he fired up all the players at half time, motivated them, and gave them a 'right Ballacking'. Cant see it myself somehow.
  20. Yeah good shout Aroop, we need a defender or two. Offload that bag'o shite Haim while we're at it as well.
  21. Berbatov, Ronaldhino or Anelka . Theres no excuses for not splashing the cash this January. £250 million should do it for starters.
  22. The Yids have said they want to hang on to Berbatov, but his agent has said hes open to offers. Come on Roman give Grant the dosh and howver much it costs (it'll be loose change in your world) and get him immediately. We could be in with a serious chance of the League if you do.
  23. 3 points welcome but pretty shambolic performance, even with the absentees. Israeli weakest links more than evident now -Ben Haim, and Grant. Both liabilities , but Grant is finding it harder to hide his cluelessness. Kalou offside but ...great..about time we had a dodgy decision in our favour.
  24. Pleased with the three points but there seems to be less and less of Mourinho stamped on the performances. Theres no way he would have tolerated that kind of slapdash losing of possession. I hope a decay isn't setting in. Arsenal, ManU and us all had luck on their side this weekend. Yids should have won, I dont care that that even Moyes said Pienar fucked up ..-fact is Giggs knew the game was drawn, and definitely knew what he was doing playing for the trip. We were lucky to get three points as well.
