Dear Customers, Please Stop worrying about matters, I am in charge, and the shirt selling is going fine. I have even bought a Torres shirt myself (staff discount of course). The main thing is the pre season tour to ensure more merchandise is sold, and we will appoint a manager soon, -but to be honest it doesnt matter who it is -theyre just window dressing , like the Youth Policy. Yours Sincerely RON GOURLAY PS Can you hurry up and renew your season tickets please

Grant winged the whole fucking shaboodle. Even the Tel Aviv players alluded to the fact that Grant's a talentless fuckwit, whos saving grace is an ability to ingratiate himself with the rich and powerful, which in this country happen to be fellow jewish football club owners. Fact.

If Sturridge was playing in Belgium, he'd be putting away as many if not more than this Lukaku fella every one is bangin on about. if/when Sturridge returns he needs to show the grit and determination he's showed at the northern outfit, because when he was with us he seemed content to put the shirt on and strut about.

Apologies accepted - your 'mates' obviously spiked your drinks with some kind of red serum, or you had a 24 hour scouse virus thing...

Cro Magnon man should think about some brain cell transplants or opposable thumbs now.

When we realise that football clubs are businesses -the players are the companys display items, nothing else. So, no nothing wrong with being cynical about it Steve, thats the reality of it. Bread and Circuses, and it's all about making that particular brand, be it MUFC, Chelsea FC, Real Madrid, profitable.

When I saw the title I thought it was a reference to Bindipper Michael Shields smashing a paving slab on the head of that Bulgarian Waiter LDN with all respect what were you drinking ? Whiskey with water from the Mersey ? You'll Never Walk Alone juice ? I'm not sure Andy carroll is good enough to sustain an England spot -definitely dont think he's good enough for us. We have enough England Internationals, and I'm sure we will pick up replacements as they come to the end of their careers. Full retraction of your red tinted views expected when you've sobered up

Millions fell for Clegg during the first ever head to head live debates between the three party leaders. His looking directly down the camera lens antics with the Hughie Green''I mean that most sincerely folks'' (Zolayes will know what I mean by that), only to be let down by another Blair type actor/liar. Polls have shown there had never been a most loathed politician in the UK with his U turn on Education fees

My view on it is he was offered shed loads of cash, took the job, and pretended he was interested in what he was doing. Now he's getting paid by 442 to say so. Bit like Capello....

Definitely worth a punt for next season as top scorer 7/1

Thanks for the US analysis there Blue in Green. It is morally wrong that ''democratic''decisions are decided by politicains acting on behalf of big business through lobbying. At least in the US the lobbying is open to scrutiny -here its not technically allowed -so it goes on but is hidden. There is no democracy here or in the US, just a veneer of it, to fool us to my way of thinking, and its the ordinary people who suffer whilst the rich get richer. The rich sumbit an illusion to the voters every four or five years Republican or Democrat ? Tory or Labour ? ooooh such a choice!! Reality is it makes not the slightest bit of difference, but allows the hierarchical rich to stay in place. ''If Shit was valuable, they'd make sure the poor were born without assholes'' (old US slogan)

To be fair he's hardly going to say he's over the hill Unfortunately age gets us all, and I hope he's not an embarassment next season. To my mind they should wheel him out for the big games, he can still contribute massively, but the England game showed us either a) his best days are gone or b ) Capello is right and they were just knackered

Generally a white elephant at the moment, but it doesnt dent Romans wallet. Its still a source of revenue in terms of loan deals and sell offs, it serves a dual pupose of state of the art training facilities for the first team. The concept and potential of someone breaking through is there -and theres nothing to say some wont in the future, but generally its lot of window dressing, that can fulfil the looming homegrown laws in the future.

Gourlay decided we had no history, loaned it out to Wigan

Not sure we can even expect that Zolayes. Our board work for a business first -its a football club second. If your business can afford to headhunt the best , say salespeople, thats what it will do to get the best revenue, rather than gambol on some ''potential rookies''. Thats the reality of it -points means prizes, and prizes means revenue in terms of Chinese, Indain replica shirts, TV revenue whatever. People need to get their heads round this, there is no romance of the Youth coming through, unless they're absolutely ,absofuckinlutely top notch. Why slave away in the kitchen when you can order the best takeaways ?

Lol yes mate. In fairness they should have some of the proper Chels history -Greenway photos, 'You can't ban a Chelsea Fan' framed T shirt, Plans for the Electric Fence, Headhunter Calling cards :eyebrows:
