Quick word on Marseille, we really don't know where we are going. There is no money in the club; the sporting director is not good at all but has the control on everything, the only caracteristic a new member staff has to have is to listen blindly to this sporting director; the new coach has not trained for 3 years and he's not that great; the only new player is free and used to play in the middle of the 2nd division's table (he refused to sign a new contract because he wanted more money...); we try to put a lot of young players in the 1st teaù, but they are not at the level (the 2nd team of Marseille saved his ass at the last game in the 2nd division of B teams...). THe only good thing is, for now, we still have a big first team, with Mandanda, N'Koulou, Azpi, M'Bia, Cheyrou, Remy or Valbuena, and it seems like we don't necessarily have to sell them (maybe 1, or 2 but not 4 or 5 like we were worried about). But the bench level is low.

Yeah of course. But I just think that a very talented player, if he trains hard, he can be the greatest. So it's too bad to a potential Ballon d'Or just using 65-70% of what he can do, no matter how great are these 65-70%. It was enough at Lille, but when you play in big clubs, you have a great coach that will prefer the guy as good as you are, but who trains hard. I just hope he will evolve in that way and become what he really can be. Plus, Tevez is known for his tremendous heart. Hazard is not the same. Not a lot of players are like Tevez in this aspect.

They will all tell me the same thing, that I don't do anything at training. But I think that when you are... you know... Training is quite useless." How disappointing I am to see him in China... I was not expecting him in Marseille (my club) because I always knew he would never come back. But he still has everything to play in very good clubs, if not top 15 in Europe. But money handles the sport.

As a french, I have to tell you this is a very good addition to the squad. Maybe don't except him to be the big star right now, but he can definitely be a huge thing. The biggest concern is that he doesn't believe in training. If the coach can push him at training, he can become one of the best.
