Hmm - where's the difference from sticking up for your club and damaging it via protests? Your beef ain't with the club it's with the individuals responsible for sacking RDM because you believe it was the wrong decision, whilst they believe it was right? Redknapp is going to Ukraine on a massive lucrative contract - so wasn't an option. This deal was done a long time ago, just accelerated quickly after Tues night... Fair point - I have slagged off Torres, because I don't see him trying! But Roman is different, invested over 1billion in the club - do I think he's not trying? No... So RA clearly has a plan for the club, sure getting rid of RDM like this was poor, but if its for the benefit of CFC I feel we have to trust him. Otherwise this club is going to tear itself apart... Edit: Agree my initial post was a bit shitty! Ok here's a situation... Being a nice guy, respected etc does not keep you in a job if your boss thinks you are not up to the task. Happens to millions of people every day and is what happened here. As you don't have a crystal ball, like me, you have no idea what the future holds. So you have 2 choices: 1) support CFC as an entity and move on and get behind the team 2) stop supporting CFC It really is that simple....

Some great signings and some good profits Maybe Keane and Acquilani were bad, but CFC managers have bought some shite too! Some good players he signed cheap and are still at Lpool and doing well I don't think that's too bad, seeing as we have done that amount of money in a few years... Also lots of free signings - good bargain hunting skills

He had a fight with RA ages before he was sacked, IIRC. Agree RW wasn't handled well and would love Ray back at CFC we have missed his wisdom and youth work

He's great when signing players we want though? That's the trouble, can never win - do you honestly believe he's doing it to hurt CFC or like me do you think he's trying to do what's best for the club? I'm not saying you have to like it, just trying to understand your view...

I know people are annoyed at RDM treatment, but how do you NICELY sack somebody? The club have thanked him, haven't made any derogatory comments, all been civil? Can't see how else it could have worked? Don't say not sacking, as that's clearly not the answer...

So you're telling me Valencia winning La Liga twice in front of Barca and Real is not an accomplishment? That's 2 seasons of consistently outperforming everybody else. And RDM only has a small number of games and you are not comparing RDMs WBA record with Benitez! See how stats can lie. Benitez isn't the best but he did well for Liverpool and they are shit - so could do well for us...

A board that showed the fiscal acumen to post a profit last month? A board that has invested hundreds of millions into players? Who gives a fuck what other teams think? REPEAT and fucking sick of repeating this now RDM was ALWAYS going to be SACKED! If you couldn't see that, then you need to wise up! Why you think they took so long to appoint him in the first place! Also RDM was a good, not GREAT manager, he basically repeated what happened at WBA - couldn't defend for shit! The board don't want to miss out on 4th place so have taken aggressive actin to rectify - only time will tell if this was the right decision. In order to be profitable, CFC needs CL money, missing out will be bad!!! Benitez is actually a decent manager (emotions aside), he got a shit Liverpool team always playing well against us!

Agreed he also had to deal with the pathetic Hicks+Gillette duo... He had a good thing going with Liverpool they were certainly more of a force under him than they have been since. The board fucked it for him though and FSG didn't go back for him even though the fans wanted it - so there's another owner ignoring fans requests!!!
