Makes me laugh when people say Garrincha was the best dribbler of all time, but then when you watch videos of him dribbling you can see he is barely a better dribbler then Fernando Torres and not even close to players like Messi, Hazard, Ronaldinho, Robben or Figo

Felipe Anderson will become one of the best players in the world in a few years with Hazard, Messi and possibly Neymar (Chelsea were so stupid signing Cuadrado instead of Anderson) when Messi gets into his 30's and loses his pace, he will still be one of the top 3 players on the planet as he will become a number 10 and get crazy amounts of assists every season. Mario Gotze is so overrated and no where near as good as Hazard or Neymar. Neuer is also very overrated and will get exposed very soon Pep Guardiola is a bang average manager Marco Van Basten was the best pure striker of all time

He would be a great signing, he has been exposed in Spain because its a more technical league, but the PL suits him much better where he gets more space and his famous kick and run technique works a treat.
